Konopelski Katering provide excellent service and food for our wedding! Prior to the wedding, the catering team did a great job talking to us to find out our style and food likes/dislikes to come up with menu suggestions. They also did a great job working with our venue vendors on timing and set-up details. On the day of, the food was fantastic. We had a range of traditional favorites like scallops wrapped in bacon to trendier items like soup shooters with mini sandwiches. Dinner was surf and turf, a filet and crab cake with roasted vegetables and mushroom risotto. Our guests were wowed and really enjoyed their meals. We also had a special request, a popcorn station, that they easily accommodated and executed flawlessly. It was a huge hit! The staff really deserves credit for the professionalism and quality of service provided throughout the day. The servers and bartenders were friendly and very responsive. I hear most brides do not eat at their wedding. I certainly did! During cocktail hour the staff made sure I received the passed hors doeuvres, and the dinner was too good to ignore! For a great quality experience executed with professionalism, I highly recommend Konopelski Katering.

Konopelski Katering was awesome from start to finish!!! I had to do most of the planning for my wedding and I didnt know much about planning a wedding. The staff helped me from start to finish like I was their only customer. I found out after they had 4 weddings the same day as mine and our reception went even better than I had hoped. The food was delicious and hot I couldnt have asked for a better day My now wife was impressed with the day I had planned but I couldnt have done it without the help of Konopelskis HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had catered event yesterday by Konopelski and it was by far, the best food we have had catered. Everyone was very pleased with the selection, the taste, presentation….I have not heard a single complaint. I particularly liked that it was a carving station and not just the meat in a tray. That added a very nice touch. Thanks for making our event a great one!
