Was at Chick Fil A this evening with a friend. We stayed until the restaurant closed and continued our conversation in the parking lot. After a while 3 employees came out and told us it was against policy to allow cars to be in the parking lot after 10:30. The leader, not sure if he was the manager as he didnt identify himself as such, indicated that he didnt care if we stayed but that the girls inside get scared and will call the police. We wrap up the conversation in about five minutes. We leave the establishment and as we are turning into Lincoln Highway the East Lampter police turn into the side street leading to Chick Fil A. My friend, who is white is in front of me, the police see me, whip a U without going into the Chick Fil A parking lot and turns on his lights behind me. Chick Fil A called the police on me, because as a Black man I do not belong there and my presence makes them feel unsafe. I got the message Chick Fil A and will never shop at your establishment again. -- Pastor Nick Peterson

No fast food place compares to the food or folks at a Chick-fil-A. The sweetest, most helpful staff. The manager effortlessly managed a super long but fast moving line. We had a young man rush to clean our table before we sat down. I LOVE the market salad (I buy one to eat and one to eat the next day). And the grilled chicken nugget kids meals are a mothers dream (fruit sides, organic drinks, and GRILLED nuggets). I think theres magic in the grilled chicken seasoning! And where else but Lancaster Chick-fil-A can you see an Amish horse/buggy going through the drive-thru.

i have had the best experiences a lot at this chick fl a i think this one of the better chick fl as. One day while we were here eating. The manager(Kim martin) gave my step grandmother( my stepdads mom) gave her a card so that she could try something before they had it on the menu. Alot of the times i go here i like it when i see the manager giving customers really good service and being very helpful. This place even has mouthwash in the bathrooms i highly recommend going to this chick-fl-a you will not be dissapointed :)

Best fast food restaurant in fast food restaurant existence. I dont know if every restaurant offer the same experience but the one I went to is A1. The employees are the nice as hell, whether theyre kissing ass or not theyre still pretty damn nice. They took my order and then served me! Like what fast food place serves you?! And then they even gave me a free milkshake cause they "accidentally" made an extra one. Everyone there are just such beautiful people. Its truly a restaurant of God.

I came here on a Saturday night and it was extremely crowded, but that is to be expected when they have such good food and AMAZING customer service. Every employee here is so nice and genuine. Ive never seen such kind customer service from a fast food restaurant. Despite how crowded it was, we didnt wait more than 10 minutes for our food. I would definitely come here again.

Great service from a good restaurant. They are located in a very busy corner of Lancaster. Both times I visited while in town they were very busy but they also did a great job of moving the crowd while maintaining a very positive attitude. If I could be sure I could get a staff to work this hard with a positive attitude I would want to open up a franchise back home.

Best chick fil-a Ive ever been to. I live in the area and we go all the time. I called ahead on my wifes birthday and asked if they could do anything to surprise her. They had a table set up with balloons and a stuffed cow and a sign with her name on it! So nice. It was actually the highlight of her birthday (shes a MAJOR chick fil-a fan)

The friendliest customer experience that you will ever experience can be found here. Every time I go, no matter who serves me is always super friendly. This location really has the "good food fast" term down to a T. In no way do I consider chick-fil-a "fast food", because you just simply cant associate this restaurant with such a term.

Great friendly service and somehow cheaper than McDonalds. Very, very fresh food. I had to wait to eat it because it was taken out of the fryer so recently. Waited a little but longer than others who ordered their food after me for some reason - I think there may have been a mixup. Fast service. Well staffed.

If I could give a 4.5 I would. This is the only fast food restaurant I have/will eaten at in 3 years.The service is phenomenal, the food and price is good. I only have had one time where they messed up my order and I was already home before I realized it. I would recommend stopping in at this Chick-fil-A.

This Chick-fil-A is in a very high traffic area, yet it manages to keep up with the pace. This seems to be a recurring theme for Chick-fil-As that Ive been visiting. They thrive under pressure. Not at all surprising considering their level of customer service that sets them apart from all competition.

I was eating inside and this woman brought in a little small dog and she said it was a service dog I cant believe that that was a service dog not that small it was a lap dog thats unbelievable I just got up and left through the rest of my food away I will never ever be coming back down here again

Politics aside, Chick-fil-A is consistent in friendly service, delicious waffle fries, and chicken products with too many pickles. The service at this (often very busy) location is always friendly and helpful. For an optimal experience use the app during peak times to skip the line.

Ordered catering for a birthday party. Excellent service and the quality of the food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though the pick-up time for my order was during the busy lunch rush. I would definitely use this store for catering in the future!

Its the place you always crave on Sundays. What can I say that most people dont already know. They have great food, and great service. I tried the "nuggets" this time and will probably not get them again but their chicken sandwiches are one of the best.

Great place to get a quick bite. Always busy but the staff is always friendly and your order is always accurate. It is a little more expensive than your average fast food joint but the price is well worth it for the quality of service and food.

Stopped by on a busy Saturday night. As always, staff was very friendly and welcoming. They keep the line moving by having the food delivered to your table. Shortly after we sat down our food was delivered despite the full house.
