Chick Fila has the friendliest and most inviting customer care of any fast food chain that I have ever visited. In the 37+ times that I have visited this location, the staff is delightful. The wait time for food most times exceeds what can be considered "fast food", but we can live with that. My orders have been wrong 1/3 of the time. (Not the best odds if gambling) This is especially troubling because my child has food allergies. When we get the wrong food on a carry out order, I am forced to drive back and correct the order. I live an exit away. It isnt close. Fast food and drive through service is to be convenient. When the order is wrong and we are eating in, we of course, have to wait again and my child is then usually the last to eat. When I complain, I am given cards for free food. Those cards only recently included the grilled nuggets. I have at times driven to the Chick Fila in Abingdon or Forrest Hill because of this. Ive yet to have an incorrect order at either of those locations. Hoping things improve. I may not stick around to see the improvements.

I come here occasionally for lunch and its always a good choice. The food is always hot and delicious when it comes out to you. The employees are friendly, courteous, helpful, and kind! It does tend to get busy around lunch time during the week but the food consistently comes out pretty fast, Ive never had to wait long at all. No issues on my end so all in all, I would recommend this Chick-fil-A if youre looking for a quick and delicious meal!

Chick fila is my favorite fast food and hands down the best service in all the locations I have frequented in at least 10 years. They are always great but this location has surpassed them all especially at 9:56 pm. Thank you Zakira for your remarkable service, pleasantries and also the young lady that came to ask if we wanted refillls. Keep up the great service everyone. It makes the world of difference. I was your last customer tonight.

I am a morning regular here. I have never been the customer who received bad treatment, in fact, I always have good service, and if they have to bring my food to me, the server is very cordial. Even the hostesses are very respectful. Always asking if everything is well, or do you need anything else. Also they are one of the only faster food restaurants that close on Sunday, so their employees can attend church and spend time with Family.

While I received great service and the food was good, I recently went through the drive through and didnt receive all of my food. I didnt realize it until I got home, I know its my fault, but I called several times with no answer. I ended up going back up there and told the cashier my problem. She rolled her eyes, got me my missing food as if I were interrupting what she was doing, and that was that. No apology or anything.

A good representation of the Chick-fil-A franchise. Its easy off on I-95, but the parking lot can get crowded and while I havent seen any accidents yet, its just a matter of time. You cant ding them too much for this as there is no additional places to put more parking. Staff is pleased as always, but as it gets crowded there will be mistakes, but theyre always ready to fix them.

Nice clean spot friendly employees service always quick get your order in out only thing have issue is drive through is very tight can be especially winter times I go here all the time my family sometimes even being the dog they dog treats at drive through hand your pet treats I recommend go early before 5 pm gets crazy around there crowed it

Nothing compares to the wonderful service and respect you receive here. Very fast and courteous! Everyone is smiling which makes you feel welcomed! Very personable! I can appreciate a business that holds high standards in customer service! Keep up the awesome job! You have a customer for life!

The food is fresh and tastes just fine. The service though can be on the slow side. I go here occasionally because I enjoy their chicken sandwiches, but Ive waited 10-15 minutes in a relatively short drive through line before. Not very convenient when you are on a short lunch break.

I have dietary restrictions. This restaurant has lemonade made with Splenda and they prepared potatoes for me sans the salt. Delicious grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. Very helpful, plentiful, courteous stay too. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

So wonderful! The food is hot and fresh everytime I eat there. It is clean, homy, comfortable, and the staff are so nice and understanding. I havent been to many restraurant that I can so have clean restrooms but this one does. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A.

Your run-of-the-mill Chick-fil-A. Which isnt to say its bad at all, Chick-fil-A is amazing. But this place is always crowded and if youre in a hurry it can be painful. Honestly the best fast food selection in the area, but thats not saying much.

Good food. Better than other fast food, however, if you have peanut allergies, all you can order are the grilled selections on the menu. For people with a serious peanut allergy it should be more clearly posted that peanut oil is used.

Took way too long in drive thru. Having full blown conversations with people and newbies at the drive thru so they keep messing of the orders with double drive thru. Also did not say it was pleasure before we left.

Antonio was a great host. Food was delicious as always. They were very busy but we were in and out in no time. They have a great system where the staff remains calm and polite regardless of how busy they are!

The drive thru wait is usually very slow, thats why Im not giving the 5th star, but besides that the food is good. My cookies and cream shake was awesome, I love how they make them thick. Ill keep returning.

Excellent play area for younger children (5 and under). Small ladies room (only 2 stalls, changing station is in handicap stall). Small parking lot. Incredibly friendly staff

Best fast food place in town. Hands down, best tasting food, best staff, best overall experience. And so happy they are closed on Sunday. More places should look into that.

Normal Chick-fil-A. Fairly clean inside with friendly staff. Nothing special however in the town of Aberdeen, it is one of the more popular places to eat for lunch.
