A friend told me about this place. I was only interested in vacuuming my car but I seen that the vacuuming was free. So I got the $5 car wash just to use the vacuum. In the middle of me vacuuming the vacuum turns off. At that moment I was a little irritated because I had sprinkled carpet freshener & I still had to vacuum it up. I ask one of the workers if they could turn it back on she was like its on a timer she can see if she can turn them on. No one came back & told me anything or turned anything on. I thought that was the rudest thing to do. I didnt know that they closed at 8 . They turned off the vacuums at 8:20 . What was the point of even letting me get the car wash? A warning would have been nice like hey the vacuums are going to automatically turn off in 5 mins its was 4 other cars there also. But Ill never go back there. That was last night . Now I still had have carpet freshener everywhere in my car.

Horrible experience. I went for the first time on July 22nd. My van got stuck half way through the wash (which terrified my young kids that were in the back seat). The manager, Josh, had me back out and try it a second time (that is, after I had to sit there for several minutes honking my horn to get someones attention). When I came out, the side board on my van was bent and mangled. He told me he would make it right; he wrote down my contact info, and promised to call me later that day. It has now been almost 9 weeks and I have yet to hear from them. I have left several messages and even dropped an estimate from a local body shop off at their office, and still have not heard back from Josh the manager, or the owner. Not impressed.

I love feeding birds...but to repay me, they poop all over my car! So, for only 29.99 a month, I can wash my SUV as often as I want! The car wash is quick and does a great job! My tires always look shiny and new! Well worth the price! The people working there are really nice and very helpful! They even tape your rear windshield wiper so it doesnt break, while going thru the car wash! Monthly, they bill it to my credit card....and did I mention, I just drive up and the sensor gets me right in without having to touch the moniter to pay!!

First and last time here. I got the managers $20 special, which included everything. There were still bugs all over the front of my car and it left water marks. The vacuums do not work. Sure they suck up big things like my kids cheerios and what not. But it didnt suck up any of the sand or finer grains. Very disappointed and definitely feel like it was a waste of money

Although it cleaned my car very well, I noticed that my front bumper had a scratch, no help from them, I would not recommend going to this place. Sad thing is, this place just opened, why would you build a car wash that would damage someones car? Never going back, yes the prices may be cheap but you get what you pay for!

Every time I go each staff person has such a flat affect! No smiles, just had gestures to follow sign! I think they may be robots! When I had a question I felt like i was talking to myself and I speak clear English! Half the vacuums were not working

What a great time saver Grand Slam Car Wash is. It takes like five minutes to get the car washed and my car is clean and shiny. If you want to, you can use the free vacuums to clean the inside. Well worth the $15-$16. Good Job Grand Slam Car Wash.

Pretty decent car wash especially when you are tight on time. My favorite part is that the vacuums are free. I personally didnt feel that the grand slam wash was worth the $15.00 I spent on it but Id go back and get the cheaper wash for sure.

The equipment works well and the staff is friendly. The vacuums outside always work well and have no issues getting dirt out of the carpet. The monthly pass is great for someone who is OCD about their car being shiny.

This car wash ripped off my plastic window guard thats attached to my front window and I wrote a report and never heard anything back. Horrible experience. Freedom wash is just down the street, I should of went there.
