Today, I went to get my car washed and like usual they wave their hand for you to come and get your car…Well I check the interior the cup holder is still dirty the drivers seat had not been vacuumed and the owner who did the wipe down proceeded to make an excuse tbat all the crumbs wont come up and I can plainly see it was never vacuumed on that side and he walked off. I spend my money and have tipped every time, not today and I will not go back. Its called service and customer satisfaction neither were provided with professionalism or class!

They take out your car mats to spray them off. If you look at the pictures you can see mine were not cleaned very well at all . They do not put your mats back on the clips they come off of. Mine were not even put back in on the right side. Also poor job of vacuuming the carpet underneath. Just look at the pictures I added. I will not be back !!!

I cannot say enough good things about Smith Brothers Car Wash! I dropped my Honda Accord off to be detailed because I left one of my windows open during a storm. Terry and his team were able to make my car smell fresh and look brand new! Highly recommend this locally owned business!
