Went there yesterday and told the kid I wanted everything. I have been extremely busy and my vehicle needed some "TLC." The kid seemed to understand and told me the price and I went and waited. It must have only been 20 minutes or so and they told me my vehicle was ready. It wasnt! He had me look at it and I asked did you even clean the inside, I was told if it isnt up to standards I can fix it. First and foremost if I have to ask if you cleaned the inside you should already know it isnt up to standards. Finally I became so frustrated I just left. When I got home I notice something on my back door. Now mind you this is a brand new vehicle that I just bought in July. Somehow the young man managed to cut the plastic on my door and you can see the metal. I am so glad I work extremely hard to treat myself to a nice vehicle to have this happen. This is by far the worst experience ever and I will not go back. Pay for a crappy cleaning and now how to figure out how to repair my door. I do not recommend this company!!!

Went there this morning for a full service car wash. I think their service do reflect their cheap price. Not getting same standard service as I paid in other car wash places with higher costs. Six workers are working and no one has smile on their face. After they told me its all done, I went to check my car. All four doors are not cleaned at all. They are as dirty as when I brought in. I pointed it out to one of the girls, and she told me she cleaned three times. Are you kidding me? I used my finger wipe on it, dirt easily came off. That doesnt seem like after three times cleaning. And her towel that she used to clean my car is even dirtier than my car. Didnt vacuum my trunk until I asked about it. Plenty water marks on the window from exterior wash. Not a good place to go for a car wash.

I arrived on a Monday afternoon before rush hour. My car is a tiny Veloster. It was not busy but my car interior was rushed. I realize its hot outside.. But d@mn! The cup holders and interior surfaces were not even grazed much less wiped. My windows were spotty and streaked. I could have done well with a drive thru wash and spraying the tires myself and still had money left over. The 2 star score was saved by the young guy that rang me up on arrival. (Garrett) He did an up-sell for tire gloss and vacuumed the floors. Too bad I did NOT get the interior service I paid for otherwise. If you just need to knock bird poop off your car.. Go for it. #igottook.

I think I would have been fine if I hadnt paid for more expensive wash. Sign says leave trash on floor, it wasnt touched, I paid for inside cleaning, but really couldnt tell they took a vacuum to it. Was told my car was done, luckily the kid left the cleaning rags on hood because I was able to go through and clean up myself. Too few people working, one guy who was trying to handle five cars at the tail end of the process. One guy at start who jumps in and vacuumed kind of. Definitely dont spend more money because youll be sad.

Was easy to drive up and my car was really dirty. $16.99 for a regular car wash but I had a coupon for one with a fundraiser which was worth it. Extra cost for scent smells, under wash and other extras which I didnt get. Gentleman bringing in the cars and handling the cash register was polite and quick. The guys were working together to move quickly. The guy who wiped down my car went back to vacuum it again. Took his time on the interior and did a good job and I gave him a tip.

The wash is effective, so thats good. My mirrors turn through the wash cycle and the attendants will only fix them if you have already tipped them. Ive always tipped except the one time. I felt bad cuz I didnt have any cash, but didnt expect that. So really I dont know if it was just lazy attendants that night or they wont do anything extra without a tip. I do prefer the car spa at the corner of Northampton and Diamond Springs.

Fast and good enough for a winter time wax using the Autogloss application they have. Makes my truck shine for weeks. Minus 1 star for grease I found on my truck after the wash from one of the brushes I assume. FYI, when you read bad post related to service, remember that these are high school kids cleaning your car. Not professionals. If you want professionals, youll pay twice as much somewhere else.

Fast and friendly experience. Staff was great, and did a great job, despite there being about 8 cars all there at the same time they got us all in and out quickly and efficiently without skimping out on the detailing. Most places that get busy, cut corners to make up time, these guys run like a well oiled machine to keep the cars moving without sacrificing quality. Will definitely be back again!

The worst car wash ever. Every time I come here I pay $40-$50 to get the best cleaning service they have and my car always looks like trash. Unfortunately, they are the only ones that stay open after 5 and thats when I get out of work. They are the worst cleaners, I always have to take the guy back and wait forever for him to go over the details that he shouldve gotten done in the first place.

The sign says "ride through exterior- $4". Told the attendant that is what I wanted. Looked at the receipt while going through the wash...was charged $7.49. When I asked the attendant about it, he said "oh, I thought you wanted the wash and dry". No offer to correct the mistake in any way. This is my first time visiting auto bell and will probably be my last.

I got the managers special $33.99 dash board still dusty seats sit have crumbs in them carpet still need some more vacuuming not a good job of it. They use the same towel to wipe my tires and clean the windows. Was supposed to get a new car smell I got no fragrance at it at all. Im the dummy that tipped $10. Outside ok if you dont count the dirty rimes.

What a waste of money!!! My wife and I took our car there to get exterior and interior cleaning done and the results was horrible. The outside of the car came out clean and they didnt even clean inside like they supposed to, came home and had to clean inside ourselves. Paid money for nothing. Never go there again.

Paid $21.99 but received a $4 service. Only one guy could drive a stick and I had to pull my own car in to the bay. Everything was rushed and my seats werent put back in place but hey thats how they make there money.... rush rush rush rush rush.

Just got my car washed there and Im not satisfied at all. Spent $30 plus tip and its still dirty. Couldnt even give me the fragrance I paid for. They barely wiped the dash, I now have a streaky dash thats only half wiped Will never go back!!!
