No BS gym you can do crossfit, Olympic lifting, and bodybuilding without paying for the crossfit name. Good Rogue equipment and plenty of machines. Great atmosphere and open 24/7. Does get crowded and it can get frustrating with people standing around, but guess what? Their opening a huge gym to alleviate all of that! Been a member since they first opened and plan to stay for a long while.

Best gym around by far. I joined about a month or two after they opened. Great owners, staff, and group of members. I am moving away from the area and this gym is about the only thing I will really miss. If you want a gym where the goal is to get stronger and not just spend your time looking in the mirror and impressing those around you, this is the place for you.
