Failed to show up on the wedding day! I was the maid of honor in a wedding this weekend in which the bride had booked SAS Studio and Salon for hair and makeup after having visited them for a Bridal Trial. They agreed to travel to the venue in Martinsburg, WV the morning of the event to begin hair and makeup at 9 am. By 9:30, they still had not shown up. They did not call to say they were running late, and they did not answer their phone no matter how many times we called. Ultimately, they never showed up, they never contacted us, and we had to scramble to come up with last minute solutions for hair and makeup.

SAS Salon did half of my wedding partys hair and makeup on 11/5. Each of them were flawless. As the bride, I felt so gorgeous. Each of them listened to my requests and totally delivered!! I highly recommend to anyone. its such a fun salon!!
