ok I am writing this reveiw on the behalf of my 16 year old daughter. My daughter had her nails done here on several occasions but, this visit was one beyond crazy. She had her nails done over a week ago. One of her nails broke a couple of days after being done and per their policy she was allowed a replacement free of charge. She called on the day the nail broke and was told on her next visit they would gladly replace the nail free of charge. She returned today only to face a very nasty and unprofessional manager who told her that he would not replace the nail and she could ether pay or leave while his finger was in her face. The fact that a business owner would treat his customer in this way was shocking to me. First off the retail cost was $3. What business owner takes the chance of losing customers over $3? As my two daughters stood there in complete disbelief this maniac calls the cops on them. These people have no business in business. On this review I was forced to give them at least one star, but truth be told they dont deserve not even one star. Avoid this business at all cost. There are plenty of nail salons in the area that would be glad to have your business.

The overall experience was rushed.. I paid $56 dollars for a pedicure and gel manicure and was out of there in less than 45 minutes. Keeping in mind the that while doing the pedicure Daisy left and waxed another patrons eyebrows. The pedicure was OK. The gel maincure was aweful. Daisy did not shape my nails, she put my hands in plastic bags to soak not the normal bowl of hotwater. The gel started coming off the next day after doing housecleaning. Previous gel nails stayed on for over 4 weeks before peeling. Daisys goal was to get me out of there because there was someone waiting for an eyebrow wax. To top it off she asked if I wanted a wax and when I told her I had just got it done she looked at me like I was horrible for not letting her do it. She could not even see my bangs because my hair covers them. I will not go back and I suggest you find another place or at least dont get Daisy.

I just moved back to martinsburg wv from New York and have been desperately searching for a salon where the nail technicians actually know how to do real designs and where they have Cal gel. My search is finally over! I love Terri Nguyen and who knows what she might change her name to next week... And who cares! Because her nails say it all! The place is very clean and doesnt smell like acrylic which are very important for me. All of the nail techs seem to be really friendly with their customers, and its obvious that they value their customers. Vivian always listens to exactly what I want and then gives me suggestions about how to make it better! This is my second time getting my nails done from her and I am convinced I wont be going elsewhere. I get the Cal gel because it helps my nails last longer and its actually really good for making my natural nails strong!

I have been coming here for over a year without any issues. Today when I came in my usual technician was not available so I took whoever was. At the end of my manicure my nails were not exactly the quality Im used to, and on top of that the color I had picked out was not the same color that ended up on my nails (which has happened to me more than just once). I did not have the time to stay to have everything fixed at that moment so I came back an hour later to get my manicure re-done. As I was walking out (Im assuming this was a "manager") someone told me that from now on I should just stick to my usual technician so that they wouldnt have to re-do my nails again because I am "difficult". If it wasnt for the rest of the kind staff I would never come back here again due to the lack of customer service by this "manager".

I live in Morgantown currently & always get my nails done there..but during thanksgiving break I had to get my nails done. I have been to Euro nails many times a few years back & had always received excellent quality nail service. However, this time was different. The gel polish Faye put on me was very poor quality & started chipping off the tips of my nails within a few days just like regular polish would. It is even chipping from the bottom up..this is the poorest quality gel manicure I have ever gotten. I asked for a matte top coat but was told it was $3 more...just to simply put a different top coat than normal. After giving in, the matte wasnt even truly matte..it was still shiny. I am very unhappy that I paid $35 dollars for this

The first time I used this salon I was quite happy...today was a different story! The place was mobbed! When I asked the man how long the wait would be he said not long, pick a color. Mind you, I could have come back. I sat with my feet soaking for 35 minutes! The girl who did my pedicure managed to shape each nail differently, I had polish on my toes and there was barely any top coat...so they werent shiny! I had to come home and file the roughness off my nails as well! I didnt sit for 35 minutes for a rush job! Time to find a new salon...bummer. Sorry Euro, Im new to the area, but you guys dont make the grade! :(

I went Euro Nails in Martinsburg on a moday for my sister birthday party and make sure to make an appointment because this place is popular!. I was greeted by the couple who own the salon. Very courteous and sweet. Everything inside was clean and well maintained. The nail tech did my nails and she was remarkable! She took the time to do them correctly and beautifully. She even explained why she did something one way to make sure the manicured lasted. They can said me that if I got into troubes my nail, I could com back Euro Nails to them help me redone it. I feel wonderful Love Euro Nails. Love all

Staff was good but they can not do nails to save there life... I had gotten a gel refill and Kevin messed my nails up something terrible. So I go back to get them fixed which was free so I decided to get a design which was not free and they messed my nails up again.. They will never get any of my money again, and the sad part is that Im not even the type to take time out of my day to write a review but I feel like I had to warn yall. Dont go to Euro nails to get your nails done because they will kindly mess your nails up with a smile on their face..

Ive been coming to Euro Nails since 2016 and they have never failed to give me an amazing mani/pedi! Ive also had my nail waxed Euro Nails - fantastic.Most of the customers are known by their first names - thats how many regulars go Euro Nails. For that reason, it is always best to call and make an appointment. Sometimes they have time for walk-ins but their schedule is usually so full that appointments are reccomended. I have had the nail staff do my nails over the years and they never fail to impress. Highly recommend them!
