I dont get my nails done very often but I have my bridal shower on Saturday so after looking up reviews, I made sure to schedule an appointment here earlier in the week (Sun/Mon). Big mistake, I should have gone to another salon. I wanted to be courteous and schedule the appointment as soon as I left work to give enough time before they were scheduled to close. So after driving in the rain during rush hour, I find that theyre CLOSED with no sign or notification whatsoever. Granted, if I was a walk-in I would not be writing this review but I made an appointment days ago! I understand life happens and things come up but they could have the decency to let me know before I made the trip there. As I scrambled to find another salon for a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing (I know its a lot of services which is why I know I couldnt just walk in anywhere), I just got more upset because no one could take me! Will never return and would not recommend.

This place is AMAZING!!!! They are living a real American opportunity story, starting out with a dream and making a prosperous business. I have never enjoyed a better pedicure manicure and foot spa anywhere. They take their foot treatments seriously here with certificates of massage and a quality full 30 minutes of foot care and EXCELLENT lower leg massage. They constantly show their interest in the customer and quality. Even down to little details like the paraffin wax treatment. They put an individual treatement amount of wax in a foot bag for each person so you never dip your foot into a bowl of wax another foot was in. This light, clean happy spa keeps me coming back. You will not be disappointed with your visit here. Even if the schedule is busy and full they wont skimp on your 30 minutes and rush you through. Feel like a Very Important Person at this spa and try it out soon!

I just went for a basic pedicure and a french manicure today with one of my bride-to-be friends. I must say that I am not the best judge in nail salons because this is the second time in my life to ever go get my nails done, but this place is amazing! The massages alone will make me go back whenever I want to get my nails done. I have needed some foot massages/reflexology and although I would have benefited from a longer massage, what they did there is amazing. The price is not bad either. The french manicure looks great. Awesome service! I highly recommend VIP Nails to anyone who wants their nails done plus awesome massages.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been too! After being cut, having my nails ripped down to the beds from acrylic removal, among other things from other salons, Ive been scared of getting pedicures and manicures again. VIP was suggested to me and Ive never been happier. They take care of you here, make you laugh, dont push services, and make you feel comfortable. They also offer discounts to returning customers too so Im definitely coming back soon! Love it here!

Today was my first time here and I must say I WILL be returning!!! I had a pedicure and nails done. The pedicure was absolutely amazing!!! I have never had such a good pedicure like I did there. They took their time, no rushing and defiantly gave you your moneys worth and then some!!!! everyone was so nice !!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️

Tony and Helen were amazing! We were in town for a girls weekend and they stayed open late just for us! From the cold beverages at the beginning to the massages at the end, We truly cant say enough good things about thr vip salon. We were truly given the vip experience!!

Tony and Helen are amazing! They give the pedi/mani Ive had in a long time. Get the deluxe pedi with the hot wax and hot stone massage. The little bit extra is worth the money. Definitely going back next time Im in town.
