Really upset this past time I went in there. Though I was greeted at the door nobody asked me if I wanted for help. So after asking one of the girls for help she reccomended a product and I spent 50$ on it trusting her. I get home open it and try it out. It didnt work to well so I went online to look for tutorials thinking maybe I just need technique help . EVERY girl hat reviewed this product said dont buy it if you have paler skin and/or acne . Well thats exactly my skin. Now thinking about it she reccomended the product that was closest to us when I asked and Im thinking it was just convient for her. Starting to think the 30 minute drive to Sephora is well worth it. Two stars just cause the girl that checked me out was very nice.

I have been using Lisa as my stylist for over a year now and have been loving what she does for me. Recently, i was going over my picutres from the last year with a fashion consultant and she commented specifically on how lucky I was to have such a great hair stylist. That in all my pictures and varied cuts my hair always looked great. So thanks Lisa for all yor great work. I know we collaborate on what i want but you are the one who makes ie happen and i wanted to let you know that your work is appreciated!

I have shopped at ULTA for years and the past few times I have been in Ive encountered the rudest associate. Actually I believe the title was Prestige Manager. She was condescending to me when I asked for help. But the topper was when I overheard her talking about other coworkers. Im sorry ULTA but this is a horrible representation of your store.

Just got home from an amazing experience! Had a great make-up artist Sean Stewart help my friend and I pick out the right foundation, eye brow pencil, etc. He did my makeup and I felt like a movie star! He was so nice, took his time and with out a doubt made my experience a great one! So happy and will com back just to see him!!!!

I am always greeted by several employees as soon as I walk in the door. Theres never been a time that I have gone in there that nobody has offered to help me. I love the store! I also take my daughter there to get her eyebrows shaped and waxed and they do a great job, very friendly!

This place is a little pricey, but I go there to shop for my wife and daughters and the staff is so helpful. I think they take pity on me because Im so lost. They off-set retail pricing with a ton of available coupons.
