If I could give 0 stars I would. My business (multi-family community) contacted Just Plumbing this past Saturday to report a major water leak. We were promised it would be repaired that Monday and required the use of an excavator. They did not come Monday because of another job that had the machine scheduled. Of course this wouldve been nice to know on Saturday or we wouldve called another plumber. They then assured us they would be out on Tuesday, but rain delayed this first second time which I do not hold them responsible for. We were sure they would be out first thing Wednesday morning (today) and of course, they were no-shows again. When I called Trish in the dispatch center not once did she apologize for the inconvenience of 600 residents being put on notice for having no water, but instead she made excuses for having other jobs that needed the machine and short staffing. When I asked her what the resolution could be, she said "I dont know what you want me to tell you." It was then I asked for a third time if technicians were going to be on site sometime today when she told me to find a new plumber. For any plumbing needs, be sure to stay far away from Just Plumbing. We did contact another local plumber and they also stated this is not the first call they have received to complete a job Just Plumbing couldnt.

Just got off the phone with Ann, a part owner in Just Plumbing. The company had recently done some work preparing for a two vanity sink and installed a toilet. They did have to come back because of their error. The soldered joint they made was leaking and the pipes for one sink were installed 5 inches off. Fast forward to this morning. I am ready for 3 faucets, plumbing under the sinks, etc to complete the job that they started. Ann called me to ask when someone could meet them there. When I told her I was concerned about the fact that the price had more than doubled from what I was originally told, she accused me of yelling at her, when I remained calm and collected. I really wanted the job done. I asked what percentage of the job was materials and she said no she would not tell me anything about that. She said "if I wanted to know the cost I could go down to Lowes and price them myself." I continued to be professional while she did not and she eventually hung up on me. Now I will have to call someone else out to fix the toilet that has been leaking since they installed it a month ago and finish the job that they started. Very, very unprofessional!

Professional, competent and courteous office and field staff. They showed up at my house in a timely manner and very quickly took care of a severe problem (leak down in the shower drain) making sure the repair was done according to code. Water was leaking through to the ceiling below and they had a quick response time. Communication with the office staff was friendly and always accurate. This repair was done several months ago and there have been no problems. If you would like a company that communicates well, puts knowledgeable/personable staff on the calls and stands by their work contact Just Plumbing. You will be treated with a personal touch and will not be just another call to make a buck.

I want to compliment Just Plumbing for service they provided me in Yorktown,VA today. Just Plumbing called to advise me their employee was in route to our home. Gary was clean cut , professional and very, very knowledgeable in repairing our plumbing problem. It was like watching a symphony in his repair process. The whole process was explained including billing etc. and was reasonably priced . We have just become life time customers of Just Plumbing. Job Well Done!

A month or so ago I phoned this outfit on the advice of a friend. Nothing came of it. They werent able to coordinate their available help with my own busy schedule. So I dont know how good their skills are, but I find it peculiar that they never called me back to see if I were still interested. It must be nice not to need new customers!
