When we found water leaking into our home on a Sunday night, we werent sure who to call. After talking to some companies on the peninsula, we decided to call Hodges and Bryant. They were here within a couple of hours of calling them Monday morning. After an initial assessment and a need to go back for more tools, they got to work and had the leak repaired within a few hours. We were rather concerned because we were never given an estimate prior to them starting the work. In fact, we didnt get a bill for a couple of weeks afterward. I will say I was expecting $thousands and the bill was actually $hundreds. We referred this company to a friend who was having a similar problem but unfortunately, he was told that this company does not service the VA peninsula. I will call Hodges and Bryant again if I am in need of a good plumber and will refer to any of my friends.

My regular plumber John Bower was over-booked and referred me to Hodges & Bryant. Danny in customer service was excellent! I was scheduled to meet them another day which was fine, (a 4 hour round trip for me), but I didnt complain. Well Danny called me back about 15 minutes later to say he found a crew that could come right away. they were in Deltaville in 20 minutes and ready to work. They did an excellent job and cleaned up. Danny and the entire crew has helped me more than I could ever hope for. They didnt keep "secrets" while I was troubleshooting my HVAC issues, didnt push a service call, gave me valuable advice and they even stayed open late to ensure I got the parts I needed in order to fix my HVAC system. I cannot sing the praises of this company enough! They have a helpful staff in the office that is knowledgeable about the products they sell and service. They are quick to call you back and come to your property to assess any problems. I have used them both personally and professionally many times and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services.
