If the driving etiquette of their employees is ever the reflection of the company, then I must regrettable say they are a rotten bunch. First off, the driver is passive aggressive on the road even after running a red light. Purposely stop traffic just to get mean and verbally insult the driver that have the right away. This driver was going on enchanter parkway (right outside of costco light) on left lane at 545 pm. june 30th. I urge the manager or owner of the company dissapline the driver for such behavor and endangering others on the road for their unprofessionalism while driving companys vehicle. If the owner was the stated driver, then I just proved my point.

Amazing. The tech that came out was fantastic, his name was Ahmed, he was polite, quick and totally professional. I appreciate the work he did,, it was done quickly yet neatly, very personable. If I could give him a raise I would. There is very few people who understand customer service, and can tell that they enjoy their job. He was one of the few. Thanks for coming out! You made my day with your polite and respectful demeanor.

They scheduled me for an appointment this morning and didnt show. They had a different date down on their calendar. Never sent a confirmation email or anything like that. I had take off work and overnighted a specialty part to have it in time for the appointment. Really mad and still no lights in the kitchen.
