I went to Erica at the Salon to have my hair highlighted and my bangs shaped and trimmed. What I got was fried hair and a stylist who cut my hair without even having permission to do so. I have had to have several more inches cut off to attempt to get rid of the damage but it will take several more cuts and a couple of years (my hair only grows 2 inches a year) to repair it!. I asked her to cut my bangs and the next thing I know she has taken it upon herself to cut 3 inches off the bottom of my hair with her thinning shears, I literally jumped out of her chair when i realized that she was cutting my hair and I hadnt even told her that i wanted it cut!. Then she told me my hair was 1980s and too full and needed to be thinned according to her. Well i didnt ask her opinion nor did i tell her to cut and change my hairstyle. I am mortified and so unbelievably furious. Just who do these people think they are to just do whatever the hell they please to your hair!. Unbelievable!

The same comment as Susan happened to me!! Same hair stylist Erica and pretty much same request, to blend my bangs and to give me long layers, and as for the dye, I wanted a very blended gradual ombre, not only did I not get the ombre, it is a two toned musterd yellow with patches and sharp edges of color, but she also cut a whopping 4" off my hair.... Im getting married in less than a month so I now have to find someone else to fix it. My eyes were watering from how painful her washing, styling and cutting was. And she was not a nice person at all... I got all my money back and sadly to say (sadly because I have been here before with other hair stylists and they were nice and fantastic about what they did) I will not be returning to this salon.

Shandi did a great job with my hair. I hadnt had a professional cut and color in almost two years, so my thick hair was in need of some attention. I asked her for a natural looking highlight and a layered cut to make it appear thinner and feel lighter for the summer.She did a fantastic job, and gave me just what I wanted. Ill definitely be going back. Thank you Shandi!
