THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE & THEIR PRICES ARE EVEN WORSE. Name of business is different. "Blue Lake" or something like that. Ive had the same thing done at dozens of different salons/barbers for 15+yrs & this place is the worst! Normally, its $10-$15 and most are good. This dump, $32 & screwed it up! I shave my had with clippers every 4 or 5 days, so its never very long. The young kid shaved my head in a matter of 10 - 15 minutes. He asked if I wanted a beard trim and I said yes. Told him a #2. He mustve forgot to adjust the guard because he took it to the skin, like my head. Had to stop him from taking it all off. After being shampooed, I had hair all over me still. At that point, I just wanted to go home so I could fix it. When I asked how much, I was told $32. Really?!? For what, shaving off my beard and leaving hair all over me? I fought the price and the cheap b**** behind the counter ended up charging me $28...$10 of that was for screwing up my beard. If you want 15 minutes worth of a miserable haircutting experience and OUTRAGOUS prices, go here!

Im leaving one star because you h ave to leave one otherwise I would rate them 0. Absolutely worst service ever. If you ask them something they will do completely opposite thing. I asked this lady Im not gonna name her to do balayage with caramel color. First of all she didnt tell me shes gonna bleach my hair until we were almost done then she dyed it Fawkin blonde when I clearly asked her to do caramel color and even showed a pic. Biggest disappointment ever. I basically paid 200 USD to damage my hair. I would never recommend anyone to go there. False advertisement, they do not know what theyre doing at all. Waaaay too overpriced for no damn reason. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Stop in for a consultation with me and leave as a satisfied. l go above and beyond to make sure your wants and needs are completely met. As a colorist the first thing I always make sure to relay to my clients are expect the least strive for the best. Working with chemicals on previously color treated hair there is no telling what can come of the situation so I always make sure the color goals we are trying to achieve can be met. Never selling my clients with false dreams. So come on in and lets change your color to something you really want not just settling with. ;)

I finally stopped going to Chatters because they give you a good haircut, but do not take the time to style your hair. I leave the shop looking like I just washed my hair. Even when I specifically told them I was going out to dinner directly after wards, and needed my hair to look like I just stepped out of the salon, they still did not style it correctly. I finally gave up.

Love this Place! Crystal’s been doing my hair for almost 2 years now and I love her work. I go to her for just about anything. Everyone there is extremely nice and they also have some really awesome hair products. I have my wedding coming up this week and I can’t for her to do my hair. :)

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Dont bother wasting your time or money here. Just save yourself and go someplace else. Everything about this place was terrible.

They did a good job on my grand daughters hair but I was charged for a hair cut and all she did was trim a couple of hairs and their prices were very high.
