So, I got my eyelashes done last minute here... All seemed well, until it wasnt. It took a little longer then I was used to but I Didnt think twice about it as its a different person different pace, right? Okay so as theyre drying I kind of move my eyes a little just to get a feel and I thought the tape was keeping them shut nice and tight. Yeah, no!. After ten minutes or so she comes back, removes the tape, wipes the water from around my eyes and tells me to look up... However I wasnt able to get my eyes open, not even a little bit to peek through. Felt like someone had stitched them up. So without panicking she says oh one second i can take care of that. (Meanwhile im totally freaking out in my mind because Ive had my lashes done so many times and this has never ever happened). I hear her using tiny little scissors to cut what I thought was excess glue.. I figured okay good at least she knows how to take care of the situation. Ha! She gets them all separated, wipes my eyes again and has me look into a mirror. Like oh my god, did this lady reeeeeeally just cut my bottom lashes off to remove the extra adhesive ?!?!? Yes, yes she did!!!! So I immediately told the lady I could not believe this was happening. The worse part too is the top lashes look great, but she cut my entire row of bottom lashes to remove my top lid from the lower. Which should never happen anyways. I spoke with a licensed beautician almost immediately after and they told me this should NEVER happen, and whomever did my lashes had not been properly trained/licensed. I have not come in for any other services so my review does not speak to anything more then eyelash extensions.

Over priced for a fill & broken nail they charged me 24 almost the same as a full set I had 3 broken nails its 25 for a full set so it was almost the same as getting a full set !!!

They are great. Yes they are busy at times thats why its best to make an appointment. If you dont then thats the chance you take.
