Aerotek did what I needed them to do which was help me find a job. I found that the opportunities they offered me were applicable to my resume and career path, and thats all I could really ask for. They found open doors for me, pointed me in that direction, and helped negotiate the highest possible salary for my skill set. Even though Ive been happily employed at the job they found for me for almost 2 years now, they still reach out to me with other opportunities. Some may find that annoying and, well, opportunistic, but I take comfort in knowing that there are people out there watching the industry for future opportunities that I might need someday. Sure, Aerotek took their cut for my first 6 months I was employed here, but that was a small price to pay for where I ended up.

I did in-person and phone interviews with three different recruiters at Aerotek. Two of them told me I interviewed very well and said they would be in touch, inform me of any and all job positions that I would be a good fit for, etc. I did not once hear back from ANY of them! Even though I periodically wrote emails and left voicemails over a period of two months trying to get some kind of follow up, not one of them got back to me, not even with a simple "Nothing’s come up yet" or anything of the like. I feel incredibly frustrated and jerked around by this organization. Youre better off applying to companies directly than jumping through hoops with Aerotek.

I was in touch with Mariah Kence at Aerotek in Bellevue, she was so amazing, well so I thought! She promised so much! I asked her how often I should check in with her if I dont hear from her, she said once a week! She also said she has many jobs that she had to fill. Well week one, I left her a voicemail., week 2 I left her a voicemail and week 3 I left her a voicemail and never ever heard back from her.... absolutely nothing! No matter what I dont think I will ever use aerotek again! Thank goodness for other temp agencies I have found a job I will love! Be warned of false promises!!!

Awful experience. As any, I value my time. Got extended time off from my job to meet with a recruiter. This young woman gave me no constructive criticism or insight. Its been five months since our meeting and she has not sent me ONE opportunity. This is one of the biggest staffing agencies in Seattle area. I have good experience, resume, bachelors degree and references. It shouldnt be a problem to find one possible match. Every time I followed up with her I got nothing. Im not saying the whole agency is like this but I wont be returning.

I worked with Casey at Aerotek and am happy with the process. I felt I was given the information to decide if the position was something I was really interested in and I was thoroughly prepared for the interview. The employer was in a hurry to get several people hired for an Aug 15th start date. The process was rushed a little bit due to the employer requirements but the end result was getting the job. In all honesty, today was Day 1 on the job so Ill revisit later as time goes by to update.

They make you jump through tons of hoops just to say "We got a 1 month contract for" 9 dollars an hour!" I got degrees what the hell am I gunna do with 9 dollars an hour? They are a waste of time company. I worked for 2 day for KERRY FOODS and never got my paycheck. Just alot of calling around and getting forwarded to other recruiters. Dont ever mess with AEROTEK, they are garbage.

I have worked through Aerotek for a little over a year and could not be more satisfied with my experience. I obviously dont know every recruiter, but the ones that I have met and worked with are people of outstanding character. As well as being incredibly competent, straight forward, and having a heart for finding good jobs for people.

This is by far the best staffing agency I have ever used. They have great positons with above average pay. My agent keeps me posted on every position she thinks I may fit. With Aerotek I have options. I cant say enough about the quality of this staff agency. If you want a great job go to Aerotek they will find you one : )

I came to the Seattle area on short notice and needed work quickly. I expected a week or 2 before getting any replies. Aerotek had me working within 24 hrs in a job that matched 100% of what I was looking for. I would recommend them to all job seekers, they changed my perspective on contract agencies. Finds people for jobs, not jobs for people. Ive never called in and gotten work. They always call me when they need positions filled, and quickly lay me off. I understand this is a staffing agency but its an insult on top of injury to lay me off on Thanksgiving.
