I would NOT go there. A while back, before I started my own business, I had gone to Aerotek after being laid off from a Silicon Valley tech company. Hoping to find temp-to-perm job or ANYTHING for that matter within my previous position. The whole experience was HORRIBLE. Not only did they lose some of my forms in the beginning BUT was not able to place me with anything substantial. Sure, its great if you are DESPERATE! But, in the long run, not worth the service. I would rather trudge through the internet -MYSELF- then hire them to do the same. One employee of Aerotek did stand out - D. Moua. She was as fake as Joan Rivers face. I detest it when people treat you like a little child going in to get a shot. D. Moua was all cheery face and smiles when I was first placed, that everything will be OH so wonderful when I am placed in my new job. Reality is, the jobs they place you in are not worth your time if youre looking for possibilities of long term position or higher pay. I feel that people who HUG and tell you everything is going to be alright - are usually lying. D. Moua was premature in congratulations and extremely obnoxious and loud. I can see where some people think its an asset to have a person like that but people can usually spot a fake person. Again, not worth the time or effort to go to Aerotek. Youre better off with your own search! Luckily for me, I ran out of there and started my own company that is fruitful! Yippee! PS: Stay away from D. Moua... all smiles... all fake!

Got referred into the company by a mutual friend and was handed off to a recruiter on a Friday. Scheduled an appointment for the following Monday in the morning. I arrived 10 minutes early, which was fine, but I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I personally asked the front desk where my recruiter was; she returned saying that he was in a "short morning meeting." I waited another 10 minutes (note: 40 minutes after my appointment time) before I was told that my recruiter was gone and would not be returning for a couple hours. I met up with an alternate who knew nothing about me and didnt even have my resume on hand (I had an extra copy that we used). The alternate did apologize for the wait and that my recruiter was rushed out this morning, but the front desk could have given me a heads up when I checked in, or my recruiter could have written a quick reply to our email correspondence about his situation. Im hoping that this rough beginning will smooth itself out.

I was surprised to read the negative reviews on this agency. I had a wonderful experience here. I am so glad I signed up with Aerotek and they found me a job within a few weeks. They were always professional and polite each time I visited the facility or spoke on the phone. The gals I worked with were amazing. They took me step by step through the whole process, kept in contact with me often and wanted to know my progress. Gaby Eliason and BritneyBradley are hard working dedicated young ladies. They called me before my interview to make sure I was prepared and were interested to know how it went. They seem like they genuinely cared about me finding work. I have registered with many other staffing agencies and they dont even remember my name; they could care less, which was always odd to me because they make money when they find you a job, you would think they would try harder. I am very thankful I have a job now.

Good credit?? My credit is horrible, Aerotek still placed me in a hospital job doing clerical work making more money then any temp agency would pay for this position. Once into the position, it was hard to get in contact with my recruiter but all together Aerotek was a stepping stool for me. I gained A LOT of experience. While working with Aerotek, I (MYSELF) looked for permanent employment and found it before my assignment ended. Thank YOU AEROTEK! You give wonderful opportunities !!

These people are nothing but scam artists. They draw you in by making false promises and over selling the job. I worked for them for 2 months while the company I was working with through them was illegally making us work 20 hours on top of our 40 hour week work schedule. The company got sued but I wish somehow Aerotech would be sued also.

Avoid. They make the positions offered sound good and will promise you the sun, moon and stars. But when it comes time for them to actually take up for you when client takes major advantage, they will side with the client. I would scavenge for cans in a dumpster before ever working for them again.

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!!!! I was told of a position that needed more people and I called the recruiter that was over those positions and he NEVER called me back!!! I called for a week and a half straight and not once did I receive a call back! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

You have to have great credit to work with this agency. If you dont, then dont waste your time with them. Once you tell them your credit isnt good then thats where they cut you off. How is someone suppose to pay off a debt if no one hires them?

Dont waste your time here. I went down, did the application, interviewed with a recruiter, they said they would contact me if they had something for me after playing phone tag with a couple of people nothing ever came about.

I agree with OMG and Re, this place is very unprofessional. Aerotek in general is unprofessional, as is most of the other security companies. they will not hesitate to lie to you. very bad management.
