I would highly recommend Scion Staffing for anyone who’s serious about looking for a job. I’ve worked with a handful of temp and recruitment agencies in the past and I have to say Scion clearly stands above the rest. They are the first agency that I’ve encountered that really cares about you as an individual rather than just a number or a stat. They really listen to what you’re looking for and respect your limitations. The hands-on management style of their small, but amazing team is nothing but top-notch. They’ve not only helped me tailor my resume and placed me in an amazing job, they’ve helped change how I look at myself and my work experience. I highly recommend them and cannot rave about them enough!!!

Got the BEST ADVICE! I called to follow up on a position I applied for. I happened to talk to one of the Sr. Executive Recruiters and he took the time to pull up my profile and provide valuable input about my resume and cover letter. His tips about sending only one document that includes everything, writing in a business formal format etc. were things I have now incorporated into my job search. I was very impressed by this real time interaction.
