I have gotten eyebrow waxing, hair care, manis, pedis and massages at different salons all over the country, but so far Isella has impressed me the most. I was previously a model, so I have had make up artists, hair artists, etc. work with me in the past and Isellas quality is above and beyond the service I received when I was modeling when it comes to knowledge of the industry, professionalism, atmosphere, and customer service. I think of the employees at Isellas like my friends; they remember my name, ask about my son & husband and always ask how I am doing- even after meeting me once! I normally go for the full Brazilian and Jessica has done an EXCELLENT job and being friendly, caring, personable and professional. Their customer service and quality of product is by far the best in the industry, their prices are more than reasonable. I would never dream of going anywhere else. EDIT: Jessica left and I got an appointment with a different aesthetician. I do not recommend Sara. She was very nice and asked me if I had ever had the Brazillian wax before, and when was my last visit. I replied 4 weeks. After the wax, she asked me in the lobby (in front of other people) if I had really been waxed just 4 weeks ago. SO EMBARRASSING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! You should NEVER do that to a customer! I answered your question privately, so no need to ask twice. During the service I felt extremely uncomfortable. Jessica had a great office that was warm and comforting, with calming music while Saras office was lit with florescent light, playing pop and hip hop music, and overall lacking in atmosphere. Sara was very mechanical in doing her job, not giving me a lot of room to breathe between strips and I felt she was rather rough and inconsiderate of the service I asked for. Jessica was always very considerate when I came in for my monthly appointment. I never left feeling any pain, and when I left I was in pain which lasted the rest of the night.

Elegant, understated ambience; talented, gracious staff; spotless, comforting environment, and phenomenal services. If you are looking for a superb day spa in the Puget Sound Region (servicewise on a par with Seattle) I highly recommend Isella. Leigh is an artful and intuitive massage therapist, Debbie, an aesthetician, is highly skilled and humorous, and Jennifer is a hair goddess. For years I trekked to a very high end Seattle spa/salon for cuts/color but I needed a change--Jennifer listened to my ramblings,analyzed my situation and overall objective, and gave me a chic, unique cut that looks fabulous...with no hot iron or big rollers...which my former salon could not do. If you have wavy hair that is a challenge to style I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer. And their fees are so reasonable you have no excuse not to treat yourself. A gem of a salon.

Isella is the bes, friendly and sweet staff! If you want to have the best looking eyebrows you have ever had go and see Jessica!! She is hands down the best in town, she is precise and you will leave the salon looking like a million bucks! This is also the place to go to for the best brazillion (which is always a scary when you dont know what to expect the first time at a new place) but both Christina and Jessica know how to make you feel comfortable, they are super nice and personable, and as far as waxing, they are fast and thorough and as painless as you are going to get when it comes to waxing down there with no ingrowns! The prices are competitive with other quality salons.

I read the reviews and heard Isellas esthetician did amazing facials. I was excited to go to Isella when we were visiting Bremerton to get a facial for my birthday. I made my appointment, they wrote it down and I thought I was set. I showed up for my appointment and it somehow got moved to over a week later. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of notice about the change and that it was treated like it wasnt really a big deal. I am recommending to all of my friends in the Kitsap County area to not go to Isella. I dont care how great the spa treatment is, if the customer service is subpar they will not get my business or recommendation.

Im a self-confessed spa junkie, and Ive visited day spas and destination spas all over the world. Im so glad to have a fabulous spa like Isella right here in our neighborhood! The staff is professional, skillful, cheerful, and friendly from the moment I walk in until I leave. Ive loved every service Ive had there, even waxing! Every detail is attended to, and I feel pampered from the beginning. This is my new pedicure place, and I wont go anywhere else! If you want to spend an hour escaping from stress or a whole day pampering yourself, Isella is the place. I gave my husband a gift certificate for a massage there, and he loved it, too!

A day at Isella is like no other. The atmosphere is relaxing and you are greeted with a smile every time. Not to mention the staff are knowledgeable and if they do not know, they find out! I have had waxing service from both Christina and Ashley. You are in great hands with these ladies. Both very personable and professional. I have also had the pleasure of receiving massage therapy from Amy. She works wonders! All the staff are full of experience and knowledge. I learn something new every time I go. You really can not go wrong going to Isella, from the people, service, and products it is all wonderful!!

Massages: Amy Lortie is fantastic. Shes very intuitive and sensitive to what is needed. The hot stone massage is perfection. Waxing: Christine is wonderful! Its not a pleasant way to spend some time, but she definitely makes it tolerable and is thorough. Skin treatments: Ive had a facial and a back facial with Christine and she was very informative and helpful towards helping me with any skin issues. Isella Day Spa is HIGHLY recommended and I always insist my friends head their way. Thank you, Christine and Amy!

Hands down best salon in town. I used to visit this area a lot when I had family stationed here. We always like to do a girls day and get pampered and dolled up for a girls night. We had previously tried other salons in the area and were disappointed. After a search we found this place and it lives up to the reviews. Great personable staff really make the visit. The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. You can come as a group and it isnt a problem. We made this our go to for girls days.

I have experienced a number of uncomfortable situations at Isellas, including having to listen to inappropriate information while I was in the treatment bed. Though the reflexology and other services were of high quality, the tension created by management made for less than relaxing experience for me on several occasions. I found the awareness of the customers perspective to be less than at other spas I have frequented.

My mother gifted facials to my sister and I and the 3 of us had a wonderful day together. While my sis was getting her facial, my mom and I relaxed while reading magazines and sipping hot tea in the relaxation room. My skin felt fresh and clean when I left, and stayed soft for days after. Christina took special care to treat my skin for its individual needs. I would refer anyone to this professional and ambient spa.
