Had my newborn babys portraits taken here, we had to bring all of our own props, were rushed during our session, considering the poor quality the package we purchased was way over priced, very unprofessional staff, and my photographer showed up late and took horrible pictures, when I spoke to the Manger about a refund, I was only offered a re shoot that would only include sitting fee costs and free digital prints.

I have called and made and appointment twice, and when I arrived for said appointments I was told that I was not put onto their schedule and not given my said appointment. I will not be going there again.

Horrible! Bethanny cut the back at least 3 inches shorter than the picture I showed her. My hair looks like the Long Island medium lady. I want to throw up Im so mad!
