I usually do not write reviews unless the service was exceptional. The salon itself is super cute, clean and the ladies that work there are incredibly attentive. There is one hair stylist in particular who has made my visits an incredible experience time and time again and she is the reason why I am now a loyal customer to Tousled. Her name is Kortney York and she is incredibly talented. Some people just have a gift and land in the right profession and I deeply believe that Kortney is one of them. She listens to her customers needs and always makes sure that they have her full attention. She also is very honest, which is very important to me since there is a healthy dose of trust that you have to have with your hair stylist if they are cutting your hair. I would and do recommend her to anybody I know.

Book a facial! Discovered this gem of a lady years ago but lost track of her (lifes interruptions). I was able to find her again!!! at Tousled. If you are just getting great hair services at this salon, you are missing out. Book a session with Jenn and find out what a great facial is, great service and skill. Since reconnecting I have rediscovered great skin. Major problems with combination skin, large pores, discoloration and age, you know. I get nothing but compliments now that I am back with her and her products. Jenns the best and Im now a loyal Tousled client because she is there.

"It is always such a treat to have a facial by Jen Long at Tousled Salon! She is excellent at the relaxing massage, impartation aspect (I leave smarter ☺️) and at accomplishing for me real help to my aging skin. The room is peaceful and set up for comfort. I always feel that I leave glowing and relaxed. I also use several products from her Lovely Lola line.....The Foaming Cleanser, Facial Scrub Mask and Rejuvenation Toner.....all helpful. Her friendly, engaging, non-pushy personality makes working with her so easy. Im a true fan!"

Cutest, cleanest and most professional salon Ive ever been to! (Even the brooms are cute!) Becca Visser took great care of me and cut, colored, and tamed "The Beast" (aka my hair!) Becca took the time to make sure she was doing exactly what I wanted. Great atmosphere, great stylist :) Go see her, shell take care of you and your tresses. I know Ill be back!

Jaclyn is talented and professional and the salon she has created is a fantastic addition to the West Linn area. Jaclyn has being cutting and coloring my hair for several years now and I am always thrilled with the results. The color she uses is from Italy and leaves my hair feeling so soft and shiny. I always look forward to going into Tousled Salon to sit back and relax with a glass of wine and be pampered. I always walk out feeling great and looking fabulous!

Kionna did a wonderful job with my hair! I came to her with a mess of color from layers of colors that were not blended. I asked her to unify my hair color so natural highlights could be created. She worked her magic leaving my hair looking beautiful, classy and natural while giving me highlights that created enough diversity to create interest.

Jaclyn is the best! I have been going to her over a year and a half now. Her shop is adorable, relaxing and the work she does is great!! Ive been going to Tousled Salon since it opened, and had gone to Jaclyn at her previous location as well. Always a great experience, and I always leave happy with the cut. Shes always on time and professional. I would have no issues referring friends/family/etc to her or anyone at Tousled.
