I went in last night 30 minutes befor they closed and I felt horrible for coming in so late, but I had the absolute worst day and with tears in my eyes I was trying to find a eyelash serum because I screwed up my eyelashes. Then less than 5 minutes passed and this very sweet women came by to help me. She was so kind and cared about helping me, she talked to me about everything and made me feel 100 times better. She got me the exact thing I needed and helped me pick out other great items to make me feel pretty again:) she is the ideal person for customer service. Ammiel made my awful day turn around in less the 30 minutes, she is a wonderful, thoughtful, kind hearted person and defiantly deserves to be promoted. I will come back only because of her! Thank you Ammiel for being so compassionate.

Your lead cashier Breanna is EXTREMELY rude on ill equipped to be working your front counter, she gave me massive attitude when I asked about the gift with 16.50$ ultra purchase and proceeded to huff and puff when she had to walk 3 feet to get it. She wasnt helpful or interested in me as a customer. HOWEVER the lovely lady in the back that works in your salon was quick to help me and give me advice on purple shampoo. For being a "lead cashier" she is far from what I usually encounter at any Ulta store. Her bad attitude outweighed the pleasant experience in the back. I wont be returning. Ill be going to the tualatin location.

Kaitlyn Kills the Most

Im done with this location because of the extremely rude and easily irritated witch with the black hair and sour face, who also wears foundation thats 2 shades too light for her face. Every time I need assistance, I always get stuck with her and its never a pleasant experience. The smirks and eye rolls are totally uncalled for, but I cant help but laugh because shes obviously extremely insecure and uncomfortable in her own skin and it shows in her less than sub par customer service skills. Every time I go here, Im shocked she still has her job. Wont be back.

Love the store and people who work there r nice enough but wow they must not want to help or something because u will wait forever for anyone to help u at all. Its like bring a picnic because they arent even going to notice u until they r good and ready but here mostly nice once they decide to help u and they seem knowledgeable

That was the worst interactions Ive had in any store by far in my 31 years by manager and staff. My recommendation is to buy products at a different ulta (I would drive all the way to Gresham just to never see these horrific employees again ) or to buy from a different company all together!
