I was never a fan of Regis salons especially being a hair dresser myself and working in different salons. Although, I needed to find someone who was going to be able to cut my hair to the way I wanted not the way the stylist wanted.. So I went on the hunt and I found Jordan and he was AMAZING! Jordon has a lot of experience as a stylist and spends the time on the consultation to find EXACTLY what you are looking for. Through-out the whole process he communicates with you and makes you feel very comfortable. Hes honest and keeps it very real with what he can do and can not do to your hair at the time or if its going to be a long process but he tries to get you exactly what you want! I recommend Jordon 100% and I myself will be going back to him for cut and color all the time! Check him out if your looking for a funny, honest, real, and outstanding stylist. Jordon doesnt try to rip you off either like some stylist, his main focus was to make sure his clients are happy and to me that is what makes a great stylist! Jordon is at the washington square mall and you should book your appointment now and experience yourself!

I had a really great experience. I saw Jordan after reading some of the reviews here, and wow, I mean what really great service. Hes so into it, like, he just makes you smile, while he sings to the music and does your hair. Like you can tell he really loves what he does. I was really nervous, like I went in to get highlights done, but Ive never dyed my hair in like over 10 years and have years of long hair growth, and was super afraid of it getting screwed up. And like he was just really friendly. Even though I was super nervous, he was super nice. And even gave me a head massage, and OMG hes really good at head massages, wow. Like he was just really friendly. And when I got home and styled my hair the way I always do it, I could really see the results, it looks really nice and striking. I gave him a 20 dollar tip and he really earned it. Like Im definitely going back to see him when I need my hair done again. He really deserves his reputation of being a good stylist.

Occasionally this place has someone who can actually cut and style hair...but they leave after a year. I wonder why (not really). The rest of the staff I would barely trust to properly trim my hair. I have been going here for years and am sorely disappointed in the lack of skill these hired employees have. Last week I had an appointment with someone who seemed like they had barely ever cut hair before. The way she dried my hair, I felt like she was damaging my hair, and she almost gave me layers when I specifically asked for none. Afterwards, the pink spray she had used on my hair and her poor blow drying skills left my hair looking and FEELING worse than it every had before. It took multiple shampooings to get the feel of that nasty product out of my hair. I will never go here again. I do not pay $35 to make me hate my hair more.

The worst hair salon experience weve ever had. If we wanted to waste half of the day and several hundred dollars, we would have just gone to the casino. The hair stylist was pushy and had absolutely no idea on how to do ANYTHING. Im not sure why I sat through the whole process. A cut and color (blonde) was supposed to cost $105, but she she only gave my hair horrible highlights and a stained forehead. Additionally, she didnt even trim my hair. Called in to get a refund and they said I have to come back in to do so. They offered a "Master" appointment but also said that I have to use the offer within two weeks. What a freakin joke. This was our second time into the salon and we will absolutely never return. Great clips has 10Xs the service that this place provides.

Michael is not only a great hairstylist, but also an amazing warm person. There is never a dull moment in conversation(wonderful). I have been coming to him periodically for years. He does my friends color and it is ROCKSTAR perfect. He is very creative and can take you to any height...creating designer effects. I trust him implicitly with everything no matter how dramatic. I have gone (out of laziness) to some run of the mill cut houses - but I always feel terrible as - I know how nice it can be instead with such a stellar person as Michael... His work ethic is top of the charts, and I never feel as good as when I have my style done by him. Other places are good...but I always feel and look better with Michael. THANK YOU for coming back to Regis!

Dont go here, ever! I came in to renew my hair because the roots had grown quite a bit. The stylist refused to color my hair until I did some thing that was supposed to take all the "build up" out of my hair. It was still wet so she trimmed it and said it needed to be dried before the style I wanted was cut to see how the build up removal worked. After drying I said ok lets cut it the way I wanted. She said since shed trimmed it that she would have to charge me for another haircut if we actually gave it a style! Literally....what????? So I left before I could be duped of any more money with my hair looking the same.

Not worth the money, at all. They dont schedule appointments properly, both time I went (with two different stylists) I was rushed out of the chair with a hair cut I wasnt satisfied with. Same quality as a Supercuts but you pay $50.
