The worst.....do not go to this facility to get your nails done. I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi because they were closing in 40 minutes. I was told "yes there is time." The service was so bad....I had just gotten a mani/pedi three weeks ago at another facility so actually they were getting off easy, since there was not much to do, basically just a touch up with my cuticles, filing and shaping my nails. She put so much nail polish on my nails, "globbed" it on. I spoke up and let her know it was way to much nail polish, she just painted over the color with the top coat. Once done, they did not even let me stay to let the nails dry, they rushed me out the door as one of them had their purse on their shoulder....so needless to say....all my nails had nicks from being wet and the polish was so thick it would not dry, both my nails on my hands and my feet. Now, if they did not have time, then when I asked from the beginning if they had time to see me, she should have said "No". If you cannot do a good job then dont do it and take my money.....$40.00 wasted. I will never go back to this facility. Be warned!!!!

With no exaggeration, Mai is an artist, a perfectionist!! I am hooked on the hair styling and color services she provides for me. Having waist length hair, I have not had this kind of perfection at any salon. I have referred her many of my friends and co-workers who swear by her talent. I followed her from NW Hair on Hall Blvd and will follow her anywhere. My photos here do not do justice but I hope to post more. Affordable prices, especially if you get cut and color together. Decent hours, kind, friendly atmosphere with brand new equipment, I highly recommend Mai. Thank you Mai, for the advance text reminders about my appointments and recognizing my valuable time and fitting me during my lunch hours.

I love Mai! She is the best! I love how she will discuss many different options for my hair and what would look best on me. She always gives it to me straight and I love that! Her salon is so beautiful and peaceful as well. Its a wonderful place to get a massage, facial, or get your nails done. Its also a great place to get some individual R&R/ pampering time, have a birthday party, or have some quality girl time! Her staff are all very kind and make sure you leave there feeling amazing! I love this place so much! I am so happy for Mai and all her accomplishments! Oh! and I love seeing her cute little girl around there every once in a while. :]
