I normally hate getting my hair done. Normally my experience goes horribly and my cut ends up looking like something from the 70s. For years I just been getting a blunt cut to avoid this. Hating my hair, because when it layers, it feathers and flips. On this fateful day I got Kelvin. He asked me what I wanted and I told him "I want to look like an old time movie star!" Half joking I add "But my usual is a blunt cut" he gets to work, asks me questions how Id like it to look and at first I didnt take him serious! He was going to try? When he was done, my haircut was damn cute! He went above and beyond and styled it and I walked out of the shop feeling like the happiest gal in the Kitsap mall. Never in my dreams could I imagine my dark hair could resemble anything like a movie star siren from the glamourous days of Hollywood.

The manager literally melted the hair off my head giving me highlights! They dont stay on schedule (my appointment was pushed back an hour because of time overruns), and that was the longest I have ever sat in a chair for color/highlights (over 5 hours, not counting the waiting for them to get to me!). They claimed it was because it was chilly that day. My hair fell out in handfuls for the next 2 weeks, and all the highlighted area broke off. I have never had that happen anywhere else. I had to cut my long hair extremely short, it was so damaged. Very scary place. I saw at least 3 sanitation violations while I was there, as well. Gross.

I admit when I was told to see Rachel Evans at Regis Salon, in the mall I was hesitant. I went in and had no real clue what to do with my hair, only that I needed it cut. I walked out with an amazing cut. The staff is knowledgeable Rachel goes above and beyond my expectations. The salon is ALWAYS clean. The rest of the staff is friendly, and know their products. Seriously give Regis a shot! Talk to your stylist! I am confident and excited to show my hair off when leaving (instead of going home and restyling). I just love seeing Rachel, she is always so happy and smiling,

They have an attitude issue. They arent knowledgeable. I went in for a perm, my reference picture was a girl who has curly hair. Instantly, the attitude starts. "Well thats curled with a curling iron. Its called styling" No kidding? Your job as a hair stylist is to style, no? Then they sit me in a chair and told me because my hair was bleached a while back, they wont do it. But there are perm solutions for color treated hair, if they had the knowledge and the products, they would know that and I wouldnt have had any issues. I would not come back.

Cloe is FABULOUS!! Great cuts and even greater color. I look like a model when I leave the salon. She listens, takes as much time as needed and always goes the extra mile by styling my hair (thus the model/movie star look!) Cloe also gives great tips on maintenance and suggestions for trying styling at home. Cant say enough good things about her. :)

I have been getting my hair colored for years now and have never had a bad experience at Regis in the mall. My absolute favorite stylist is Rachel Evans!! She listens and gives me feedback on how we can get the look or even if that look might not be my best option. I wont go anywhere else to get mine or my daughters hair done!!! Regis just rocks!!!

I abhor the mall and the only reason Ill step foot in one is to get my hair cut at Regis Salon, by the fabulous Rachel Evans. Rachel listens to exactly what I want, gives me great tips for how to maintain, and is lovely to boot. The price for my hair cut, some great "girl time", and great advice is well worth it. Go Regis! Go Rachel!

I usually dont go get a haircut because they always mess it up. But my hair was clearly uneven so i needed it. Finally someone that can do what i asked of them. All i said was make it even by keeping it aslong as possible and she did it. She was very gentle and great to talk to. She washed cut and straightened my hair and i loved it.

Kelvin is my regular go-to. I have to explain little, he does things and hair happens. Theres no such thing as a bad experience when Kelvin is behind the clippers. Good with conversation, not afraid to get other people involved, doesnt pull the hair too horribly hard, and is ultimately great at what he does.

days after my hair cut im still very happy with it. but it could just be that im gorgeous! lady took me on a moments notice and got me off to my interview on time. would have been better if they gave me a drink while i was sitting there.

Jane gave me the the best perm Ive EVER received in a salon. Not frizzy, no residual smell, etc, and a great haircut, too. I would highly recommend asking for her to do your hair.
