Very bad experience. Long time Aveda customer always good results until now at this salon. Told stylist what I wanted...just shorter cut and she said I should have a long bob instead. Told me she would fix it if I didnt like it. I wasnt thrilled about the cut and could not manage the style so I went back to make appt for a re-cut and girl at the front desk told me the stylist who cut my hair didnt do bobs. WHAT? She wasnt trained to do what she did so I was the guinnea pig. I didnt ask for a "bob" to begin wirh. When I went back for the appt to repair the damage the stylist acted like some kind of victim, asking me just exactly what did I want, saying I didnt like the way it was cut the first time as if I was the one asking for a "bob" and she was just trying to fix what I did. Unbelievable!! She kept trying to make me explain what I wanted like I was confused and not making any sense. I told her again that I wanted it shorter, jaw length and not a bob. I even showed her a picture this time. Then she said "well, that person has more hair and she styles it which you dont want to do". Oh, so now it wasnt that it was a bad cut, it was because I didnt want to style it. Again I asked her to cut it jaw length so it would be shorter so I could work with it easier. Then she asked me if I wanted it shorter in the back or the front and said it would help if I could show her a picture. MY GOD..I just did!!!!! I was so pissed off! I asked her if she could show me a picture of what she had in mind and she showed me a picture of a cut the same damned length that it already was with strands of hair hanging down disheveled everywhere. This girl was acting like a complete idiot. It took me an hour of begging to get her to cut it the way I wanted it. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Do not go to this salon! I went to Amy with a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and 2 hours later one side was way shorter than the other and my hair was ruined. Had to go to another salon to have it fixed and they had to chop all the length off. After 2 years of growing my hair out I can not even put it in a pony tail. The worst part is the owner has done NOTHING to try and compensate me for her stylists disaster! If you dont want a hack job on your hair stay away from this salon.

I love Inspiritu Aveda of Poulsbo. I have been getting my hair cut and styled by Natasha for more than 20 years. As a professional woman, it is important that I look and feel the part and a good cut makes all the difference. Thats what they deliver. The products of Aveda are nourishing and eco-friendly. Just a little goes a long way. I suggest getting on their email list for discounts and updates.

I redeemed a Groupon for a 60 minute facial with plant peel. The assistant behind the counter was nice and very helpful. This was my first time getting a facial and Katie, the esthetician, was superb. I had such a rejuvenating experience that I booked another appt with Katie. This might be a regular treat for me from now on.

Our whole family loves Inspiritu! My stylist tames my unruly curls like no one else can, but perhaps more impressively she keeps my husbands hair looking great! Even our toddler loves to get his hair cut here. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming for all of us, and the location is so convenient. Highly recommended!

Ive had my hair cut by three different stylists over the past couple years and each one did a great job. My haircuts are usually good or bad and there isnt much middle ground. I go here because I am confident that Ill get a good cut from whoever Im able to see.

Ladies...please listen! They are NOT experienced hair stylists. They are very scissor happy people!!! They cant even do A Frame bobs, so please...if u love ur hair ...dont go there! They suck!!!
