their system of booking online is annoying because you go online to schedule time & date, but instead of booking online they call you back to schedule--so inconvenient!!--you go online so you dont have to play phone tag--whats the point of online booking system if you cant book online?? ? the interior is nice & most of the stylists seem friendly-

I went there with a color mishap, the girl said she could fix it. 5 hrs later the color is not what I wanted. I made a big deal about how I wanted to keep my length (it had never my whole life been that long) told her just a trim...she took 3 inches off! I didnt feel like she listened to me at all. My hair is ruined, I cried. I will NEVER go back.

Had my hair done at Salon Riviera and Loved the way Kelsey highlighted my hair! She did such an amazing job, her sister Erica cut my husband and daughters hair and they have never been happier, if you want to go to an up to date, did I mention an on the water, beautiful hair salon and spa this is the place!
