Worst haircut experience ever!!!...Will NEVER return here and do not recommend anyone to go. My experience-I went in for a haircut, lady supposedly washed my hair but ended up not washing the back of the head, she primarily focused on the top portion. She wasnt the gentlest either. We went back to the hair station, I sat down. She told me to stand up because my hair was too long. Really?!! She couldnt raise the chair? Never in my life, have I had to stand up to get a hair cut. After she finished with that, she asked me about my bangs. I was hesitant at first but told her I like my bangs slanted starting right below my eyebrow. That was a huge mistake, she cut my bangs with WET hair, everybody knows what happens when you cut bangs with wet hair! So now I have the most horrible bangs that start halfway off my forehead and now I have to find ways to style and conceal these messed up bangs!! Thank goodness hair grows back, but it is very obvious that they DO NOT KNOW how to cut hair.

Because I was a college student the last couple years, Ive been on a tight budget, so I went here a few times. Ive found that the staff is very unprofessional and not that great at cutting hair. Instead of making sure I was comfortable and talking with me, the staff tends to talk to one another while cutting my hair (and not even in English... leading me to feel like an outsider spoiling their party). If youre on a budget, dont mind a hit or miss hair cut, and dont care how the staff treats you, then this is your place. What else can you expect for a haircut under $20?

i just moved into this area & have always gone to GC where ever i have lived in seattle. (i followed a hairdresser for almost 10yrs at GC) i went & had An do my hair this last time & for the 1st time in a LONG time, i liked my hair cut as soon as i got it. before, i had to wait til it grew out a little. not so with an. i am going back to her for as long as i can find her. she is great!!

$20 for wash and cut, but not hair dry. Not very happy with the experience. Not the place for womens hair but I think its ok for mans hair. I came home, washed my hair again so I can blow dry and see the whole style. Not cut even. I had to ask my husband to help me cut certain spots to feel ok about my hair.

I went there about a month and a half ago for my first cut in two years. She had no idea on how to cut my hair and it didnt turn out at all! Then when I got home the products I bought felt half empty...they were not cheap. I will never go back to this place to get a hair cut ever again!!!

I have a different stylist just about every time I come in and all of them have done a great job. I love that they keep your hair style on record, so if you like to switch to different styles, you can just tell them which personal style you want when you walk in.

I used to pay $30 for a okay haircut. One day they were totally booked and I needed a cut, so I came here. I got a great haircut, way better than the $30 haircuts I was getting. Ive been going back ever since. I think her name was Touy, little asian lady.

Worst experience ever!!! Thuy lady (Asian) didnt understand anything. Wanted a fade she just cut a zero all around: didnt clean up Left hair on my neck and ears had to fix it when I get home!!! First and last time at great clips!! She is not a stylist!!!

Never seems to have a regular full staff. Decent hair cut, quick and fairly cheap and only had to wait more then 10 min once. Good sale on crew products was nice though. Ill probably go back.

Took my daughter there today and they cut her ear. Didnt clean it nor offer even a discount. Will never take her or refer people again to this place.

They messed up the back of my head. Angles leading up to my head not congruent. I was the only one there and the stylist rushed my cut.
