I went and had a haircut done by Julie at the end of December. I went in, asked for a asymmetrical bob. I showed her pictures. She asked me how I did it last. I told her I just trimmed it myself and needed it shaped better but I didnt want to loose too much length due to putting dread extensions in my hair soon. She did good on the length, but it was not an asymmetrical shape. My hair was cut just as I had done it and was shaped like a bell. I was very unhappy and went back the next day and asked her to layer it, dont cut off any length except for the layering as I still needed it to be long enough for my dreads. I thought she understood, so I didnt pay too much attention to what she was doing. It looked OK. When I got home and straightened it, there is no layering. Its the same cut, still looks like a bell. I figured after a few days or even a week I would get used to it.. but I cried every day for the first week. I cant even hear a compliment about my hair because it puts me in a rage. It doesnt help. Still 2 month later, and I am pissed. I couldnt put in my dreads because the hair was too short at the back. I feel gross and ugly and it was by far the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. Yes, Julie was nice. But she did not listen to what I needed at all. Then she butchered my hair. I am so angry still, 2 month later.

Absolutely the worst place I have been to. Every other time I have come in the girls have been extremely nice and welcoming. This last time was the worst experience I have had in a salon. I ended up with the manager .I wanted to get my hair closer to my natural color. You would think that since it was the manager that it would wonderful. It was the total opposite. First I got a look at her hair and it was not done well and seemed blotchy.That should have been my first clue to get out. She treated her employees terribly. She was giving them orders like they were dogs and gave them the dirtiest looks I have ever seen. She was also very rude to the walk ins that came in after me and rude when she had to answer the phone. The girls seemed miserable. On top of that she had to ask her employee how to process my hair during the whole entire service. My hair came out horrible. It was blotchy and was no where near what I wanted it. I didnt even have my hair dyed dark and it came out completely wrong. It was orange and then when she tried to dye it to the right color it took a green hue!!!! I also had my eyebrows waxed and that was also terrible. They are uneven and almost completely gone. All said and done I would never ever recommend going to this place. Worst management I have ever seen.

They barely gave me any information at all on wait times or if they would be able to do the cut I wanted. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didnt feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff told me it would be an hour wait after an hour and a half of sitting there I ask how soon and they proceed to unclearly tell me about another two hours.

Ugh... was just in last week to schedule an appointment for tomorrow 6/9 for an updo, called today to verify time and the guy said i wasnt even in the book. The woman told me it starts at $35 for updo when I scheduled my appointment last week and the guy I talked to tonight said no they start at $49. Wow... excuse me if I dont show up tomorrow!

Amanda did a wonderful job with taking my hair from drab to looking like a princess. I was able to walk-in and get a haircut and color all in a few short hours. Everyone at the business was delightful and very professional. Will be back here soon. :-)

They were very welcoming, friendly, were able to get both my girls in for a cut without an appt. So I decided to make an appt. To get my eyebrows done. Worst mistake ever. Now Im walking around looking silly as heck!
