I remember my first time there was doing Japanese straighten. Wow, Japanese Straighten took 5 hours for mine which I first time did it. However, the staffs there were super friendly, they kept me companion, gave me drinks, and stuff to read when they were help others. I like the environment there. I am very satisfied with me Japanese Straighten. Today, I came back for my haircut, and they still remembered my name. My hair is looking good now, thanks to them. Totally different from other shop.

I wanted layers and told her to cut 2-3 inch max and I had real long hair almost touching my but and ended up with shoulder length cut as I was just relaxing didnt want to make a fuss about it because Im not that way. But its still messed up now I have to wait until it grows back I guess... my suggestion listen to what the customer wants not just do your own thing.
