A W F U L!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY awful! The person who cut my hair - he was nice, funny, HOWEVER, He prob should have more training, i was nervous to go someplace to pay 15 dollars for a hair cut (after 6 months of my last cut which i paid 40 dollars and i am on a tighter budget now), my simple request was to follow a photo i have showed... CLEARLY a swoopy bangs, and to cut / trim off my damages of my hair... not only he choped off a inch of my hair more than what i wanted but i get it, i had alot of damages... it was UNEVEN... i saw pictures of the back of my hair, one side was MUCH more shorter than the other side, he may have spent less than 15 mintues, i should have NOT paid for this hair cut, THEN, he does my bangs... i am embarrassed to go out public.... not only he didnt do it well, it was so uneven that i cant even tame it, it was so short thank goodness someone invented clips cuz now i have to clip my bangs for the next few weeks so it can grow... why on earth would my side bangs on ONE side would be 3 inches long and 2 inches long on the other side that CANNOT be controlled. my hair was laughable by people i will N E V E R recommend anyone to go to this place at THIS location or will i go back myself. I just spent so long trying to get my bangs to work with me, i dont need to spend that much time on my hair before work, when moouse cant help... what do you think that tells me / you? this bangs looks like it has been cut by a child I had to sign up for googleplus just to write this review, i will not be using it, i just had to give in my 2 cents. i havent been embarrassed about my hair in such a long time... or ever... the plus side was he was nice and funny but i had came there after a hard long day after work and i go home in such a disapointment... i am pretty heated about it. in 8 weeks, i need to find somewhere different... somewhere more expereinced in my budget.

I came into this store with my son the night before his first day of High school at 7 pm with a coupon that said 7.99 childs haircut. My son is 15. Not aware that child meant under 10. The hair stylist Raven told me my coupon would not be honored. In tears I begged her for an exception I only had $11 to my name. Raven reached into her pocket, pulled out her daily tips and handed me the difference! I cannot express how grateful I am! I highly recommend this place! Thank you Raven the world needs more people like you! Believe me I will pay it forward!!!

Got a great shaping cut for my rather damaged long, curly hair from a very friendly, knowledgeable, smart and skilled stylist by the name of Teresa (think I spelled her name correctly). She didnt try too overtly to push products on me and was happy to answer many questions while she styled (about her hair routine, product ingredients, etc.). Price was good ($15-18? I also left her a tip). Salon wasnt busy, went at 3pm on a summer weekday.

Its an ok place to go, but for my family and myself... I dont think so!!! Several years ago, in 2009, my parents took my sister, then 9, and myself, whom I was 11 at the time. But when our stylists were finished, my stylist did not only wash my hair, she kinda made me look like Paul Stanley from Kiss. I didnt realize that until 2 weeks later. Im not recommending this to anyone.

I come here constantly because my hair is cut exactly as I like. The staff are great as well and it is nice that they save your preference so the next time you go the hairdresser you can easily get the cut how you like it. Plenty of parking space too and you have Fred Meyers really near so you can get your shopping done too.

Idk if the guy was new or just graduated college. But I when to get a haircut and he completely messed my hair didnt even the back out parts of my bangs where longer then others and the sides and parts where my hair was short and then longer. It was a young black man. I wont being going there again. Waste of money

My family and I have been going to Great Clips since the 80s and I cant think of a time where I have ever had a bad hair cut. This was my first time at this location and I took advantage of their $7.99 hair cut. Yang was awesome and she asked if I wanted things done where I usually forget to ask. Ill be back soon.

Sheila was great. Did a fantastic job of really going over my hair and what I was looking for. After paying over double the cost and getting hack job hair cuts at a local "high end" salon, I figured it couldnt get any worse. But I was so pleased with my hair after Sheila was done, Ill definitely go back to her!

Worst booking system ever. Tried calling ahead, they said i had to book online, tried booking online, there is no option to set a time, it just says i am in line. I show up, its a 40 minute wait and theres no option to text me when Im next in line. Hello? This is 2017.

Never going back I needed a hair cut because of work best place Ive gone to so far here in Tacoma the woman started talking foot ball and after that she acted and preformed like she never heard or a medium fade in her life nor cared when I asked her to fix it

The staff is always nice. Supervising manager is Legit. They know how to cut hair. Dont be afraid to ask for a certain styles. Is your hair. I see bad reviews cause they just go with anyone person their at the shop

Do not bother checking in online. I was next up out of two people total. Another person checked in while I was waiting. Both people got helped before me. I am not going back.

We use the check in online option and have loved the service here. A quick process for our preteen son, and the stylists have always treated him well.
