The Bosley staff in Seattle truly goes above and beyond. Their office staff is so friendly and welcoming! After meeting with the office staff, I met with a counselor (I believe her name was Darlynn). She handled my situation with such care and compassion. Ive been concerned about my thinning corners, and she really took the time to listen to my concerns. After doing so, she carefully answered all of my questions with plenty of detail. She made it easy for me to understand the different ways to move follicles, and she even went over options for preventing future hair loss (such as laser treatments). I purchased a laser band and will use this before proceeding with a surgery. I highly recommend consulting with Bosley. They are truly the professionals of their industry!

Amazing customer service, client care, and results! From the first call and consultation, to the surgery, and finally the 8-month check up I was treated like a celebrity! The Dr. and staff at Bosley Seattle are in a league of their own. If you meet Darlynn I guarantee youve just made a friend for life! She is one of the kindest people youll ever meet and she made me feel so comfortable from day one. But the reason I give it five stars? It really works!! The restoration has changed my life and my only regret is not doing it sooner. It may seem like an expensive procedure but its totally worth it when youre paying 24 months interest free. For some time I have been thinking about hair restoration and I have never been positive that it was for me. When I went for a consultation I was skeptical.
