Duvall is a suburb, so most working people cant make it to this location during business hours. I raced out of work Thursday, made it to the office at 5:59PM and the doors were locked and lights out, no signs of life. Theyre closed on the weekends when most people run errands. I called customer service, they stated I had to go to a store to solve my issue. Cancelling my service rather than putting up with this office.
