This is a true and honest review: I have been a long time, satisfied, Comcast customer (10+ years) and so I was disappointed that they dont service Watsonville , Ca. But.. I called Charter, now Spectrum with the TW merger, and I was so pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service I received with my first call to setup. The sales rep was very nice and knew his stuff. I ordered the 300mb speed with a very high level of sceptesim. My downloads are well above 300. When downloading from Steam I am seeing 400+. $84.99 no extra charges, or tax, for internet alone( who needs other services at this point?). Cant beat it! No contracts, and if I dont get the speed they promise or there are service interruptions, they prorate you no questions asked. I installed AT&T first...for 1 day. If you are debating AT&T or Charter, and you are living in Watsonville, dont make the same mistake I did, and just call Charter first. AT&T cant compete with their service and speed

They took me for a lot of my income on a monthly basis. Although the company by no means is responsible for me and my problems I know and I understand Im dealing with a business company. But over charging not listening or really caring to Hear when customers speak and state they are Limited financially its In necessary for a co. To Reem an individual for as much as they can get mentality. The services received is not worth the high over priced amount the CO. Charges. They suck for over charging people and not really caring about offering quality services for the amount they charge so the heck with Charter Spectrum my limited funds are too important to Me to was the my monies on crap I cannot afford to be wasteful with my funds. So now the landlord of the building to where I reside now is offering Tenants WIFI for $20. A month so To Charter Spectrum unless you can do better than that again ta hell wit cha, peace people. Time will tell......I had Charter previously (bundle) & the one occurring problem was picture freezing & having to do auto fix. I switched to Dish Network when Charter raised my rate. Let me tell you, Dish Network is a freaking nightmare!! Have been with them one year & am switching back to Charter & taking my chances.... If Charter is bad, trust me, Dish Network is a 100 times worse! Whenever dealing with ANY these service providers ALWAYS get their full names & their X-tension number or Agent ID. With either company, their agents are ill informed & will say anything to get your subscription! Document! Document! Document!

First of all, Ive had major major issues with Charter in the past. However, they recently had major upgrades to their network to reduce congestion. I have 350Mbps download and its perfectly stable. Hopefully it stays that way. Hopefully it stays that way and download speeds improve more. If you want to get the most out of your internet connection, buy your own cable modem, highly recommend the CM600 from NetGear. Charter provides a 16 bonded modem and 20 bonds are available in my area. That means higher download speeds and less congestion.

If you ever get 1 of the women there forget it they are very rude they dont care what problem you have they act like they dont wanna hear about it. As far as solving your problems you would be better off calling your uncle in Mexico because they dont care. Ive gone there 3 * and will never go back I use the 1 800 number and would rather put up listening to a machine then to the people that work in this office

If youre thinking of choosing this company for your internet provider please dont bother. They say they are the fastest but it is not true. Streaming is frustrating as hell, if it is windy or rainy, forget it, youll have no service. and to top it off, customer service people are rude and unhelpful. Spend your well earned money elsewhere

Charter has been the best cable carrier Ive had so far with all the channels that I enjoy! plus they have the best reliable high speed internet service without a doubt. Their Local Office has always had a very friendly and professional staff, I recommend charter over any other cable of dish service! Two thumbs up!
