I am not sure why people hates WAVE and we absolutely love it. We live at Penryn-- a place very difficult to get internet. Before we owned a house on Taylor Rd and our only 2 options are ATT and DSL extreme, either can only give us 3MB down speed. We struggled for a few years before we moved to our new house, also in Penryn. Somehow, WAVE is here! and it gives us 100MB down!!! and the 1 yr promotion rate was less than $50/month. We had 1 service interruption during the entire year (and that was an area issue which WAVE knows and fixed within about 8 hours). Last Nov, my mother in law came, she was streaming all her TV shows and we went up to 900G usage...when I called WAVE, the guy said ok I will put you on a unlimited data plan so you dont need pay over $100 for the overage, instead, only $20 for the package upgrade and you can cancel it next month when you month in law gone. They said so, they did so, I only paid $20 for that 900G overage data and the following month I changed back to previous plan without any issue....Be honest, recently our internet start to have some issues. I called them, they send us a tech to check. This morning this guy spent about 1.5 hours here, not only checked our inside set up, also went outside check the pole. He said there are water in WAVEs devices/box (outside) and he replaced it. He also replaced all the wires inside for us. Then he told me, WAVE is having a promotion, that 250MB down is on sale. After he left, I called WAVE, and find out the 250MB is actually cheaper than what we are paying now for 100MB (we are paying about $60 after the 1 yr promotion rate)....I am heading to WAVE store...I love WAVE!

Moved from G.V. 5 years ago, where we were on ATT DSL. Thought it was fast, but we moved to Colfax and in the area we are in the only internet service available at the time was C.V. wireless, oh yeah, there was Verizon also ($$$$$$). I download music and at time movies from iTunes. While on C.V. wireless it took 5 hours to download a CD and after trying a movie, after 35 hours, I prayed for something better. Then WAVE came around, BOY WHAT A GODSEND!!!! As soon as it become available in our location I subscribed. Faster than ATT DSL and and their customer service is excellent. TEN Stars from us, without a doubt!!

So the sevice not so great, customer and quality. The techs over the phone tell lies because of going on break or heading home im not sure . Just seems they do not want to do the jobs that they are required to do felt like dealing with the dmv in the ghetto. The service is very unreliable, i have to have techs out to my home often to fix their problems which means i have to take off work because they are never clear on when they will be out so i need to wait a full day . But they seem to over charge me so they are happy to do business this way. Would i recommend them ? Nooooooo

We pay $50 per month for Internet that constantly turns off throughout the day, sometimes I have to cycle the modem 5 times in one day. Very overpriced for very bad internet service! We already replaced the modem twice to get it to work & the problems continued. They also dont value their customers & dont refund for mistakes they made. Dont use this company!

They advertise good customer service and they deliver EXCELLENT customer service. On the rare times Ive had to call for service their Call Center reps are very helpful and the techs are great! I wont use any other service! Thank you Wave for delivering what you advertise!

Always great customer service! I have been in here many times from paying a bill to exchanging something and never have had a problem. The parking is a little difficult to maneuver as the parking lot is very small.

Maybe good if you dont mind waiting 10 minutes for google to load, and good luck trying to watch videos with it either not working at all or buffering every 1 minute.
