Wave has lied through their teeth on almost every single occasion, leaving their repair persons to make excuses. The latest lie is that we have fiber optic to our home providing an un-hindered 1 gig. Sorry, but that is a LIE, you are using the same node system with how many hundreds of homes on them, with frequency splitting of bandwidth to squeeze us all in - and i have a neighbor you charge extra for him to run a home software business from home - every time he goes online or everyone around me logs in to check email or watch web based movies - my system bottoms out, pix-elates or simply dies mid-game or mid-movie. Thank you Wave, but for what im not sure. Dont ever get this company they "lie like a rug."

####WARNING#### I have been with wave for 2+ years. 12 calls to my house for various reasons. CONSTANT dropout of internet. MULTIPLE wave hardware exchanges, MULTIPLE $20 discounts added to my account because of poor service and internet dropping out. I finally have had enough. There is NO SERVICE worth this much headache. I Finally quit today, but I had to wait for internet service to come up before I did to find the number. ####WARNING### STAY AWAY FROM WAVE#####

We pay $50 per month for Internet that constantly turns off throughout the day, sometimes I have to cycle the modem 5 times in one day. Very overpriced for very bad internet service! We already replaced the modem twice to get it to work & the problems continued. They also dont value their customers & dont refund for mistakes they made. Dont use this company!
