Two months ago I submitted my information and scheduled a date for installation. The tech came and said we needed to have the line ran to our court from the main street which would take a bit of time. A week goes by and we were called saying they are not making enough on the contract to justify running a separate line to the court and ask us to pay an additional $10 per month. Who does this after accepting a client? Little frustrating but in the end it was only $10 so we agree. Another week or so goes by and are told yet again that it still is not enough to cover their instillation cost and they would like us to get one of our neighbors to sign up as well before installing. Are you kidding? How much do you need to make before installing service? Rep said he would reach out to our neighbors as well. Now more than 2 months have gone by and the rep will not even return our calls. So disappointed in this company that invest more in weekly advertising that infrastructure and for making promises and failing to deliver.

Son lo peor en servicio al cliente lo tratan uno como una basura te gritan más el señor que se llama Luis que está en customer service llame hoy para agregar más servicios pero después del trato del señor iré en persona a cancelar mis servicios ya que me colgó la llamada si el señor Luis no l gusta dar servicio señor no trabaje en servicio al cliente pone a su compañía en el suelo asco de compañía

I moved to my new apt a wave sell representative come to my apt knocked on my door if I want to have Internet and tv I asked about the internet prices, and he said it will be $39.99 for 250 MB . Then I said ok I want it , he came and drop it off and I installed my self , then they send me $140 bill , I called the customer service billing department after 40 minutes on hold she said I fixed it, you will be paying $52 a month, after four days they sent me a new bill for $136 . Tomorrow I am going to cancel it , just watch out do not trust them .

wave is terrible i wish i could give it a lower than one star. the remote wouldnt work over and over again it took 4 visits until we finally got one to work. its not connected most of the time youre not using it so the texts and emails you get are actually using your data. i hate it. its SO bad! D:<

Worst internet provider...why? I have a problem with my internet about once a month and has been going on for 4yrs ever since i moved and i cannot change provider due to the apartment where i live i cannot change provider. DONT USE WAVE.

The only problem with wave broadband: Its not available in most counties in CA. Too bad, as its overall service is soooo much better than AT&T, Comcast, & Verizon, all of which offer Horrible service.

They told me i could add a service, cable tv, for free to my internet but then found out free means hidden fees and charges of 14$ a month. Cancelled the tv. Watch out for Wave! They want to scam you!

There was miscommunication during new service installation. The people at this office took care of it right away. Rescheduled installation for the next day and offered a 1 month credit to my account.
