Terrible service. All I was trying to do was return two extra boxes, and the guy at the front desk couldnt even handle it. They need employees who know how to work. There is no reason to have to wait for a simple return. All the more reason why Comcast is so terrible.

Hate this company. Customer service should be renamed Customer Abuse. The Blockbuster of cable and hopefully will end up the same way Blockbuster did.
