This place is a joke. I was given an interview with two companies, sent by aerotek. One of the companies didnt think I would fit, because some of the jobs that I had been applying for, had nothing to do with the type of work they do. Oh, and I had to wait a week to finally hear if I got the position or not. Next position, I got beat out by someone who was more qualified, which also took a week to hear results. Aerotek, then found a position that I expressed concerns of not wanting to do because I didnt feel comfortable driving a company vehicle. The recruiter constantly hounded me, calling me over and over, when I explained I had my infant and didnt have a chance to speak. She sent me multiple emails, hounding me to take said position, I kept declining, expressing that I was not interested. The recruiter sent another email, just sort of harassment, telling me that I just want to remain unemployed, all because I didnt accept an interview for a position I did not feel comfortable, or show any interest in. I replied thanking her for her service. She then replied with a nasty email, telling me, because I just want to remain unemployed, Aerotek will no longer be a resource of mine. I suggest going elsewhere and avoiding this company at all costs. One final note, I found positions within aerotek that were housed by their other divisions, which I expressed interest in, the recruiter explained that these were out of their other offices, and she would reach out to them, I never heard from these other offices, which leads me to believe, no contact was ever made. When asking about the other offices responses, I never got any reply from the Everett recruiter. These people swallow up jobs and get a commission worth a percentage of the wage you are making. Boycott Aerotek,, dont allow them to cash in on your talents, I suggest going through smart talent, select staffing, Kelly services, hell, just go anywhere that is not aerotek. Oh, and to the aerotek employee who wrote a review saying, so what they get $5 an hour for your labor, I find it hard to believe that a working person is fine with someone else getting $200 a week, for an extended period of time, off the work they are doing, when that $200 a week could be in their pocket. If I am making $500 a week, I dont feel comfortable that I could be making $700, but I am not, because I am paying a finders fee of nearly half of what I am bringing in. These agencies should be outlawed.

So i went on their site and made an account. Applied to 3 different jobs that i was very interested in. 15 minutes later, i got a call from one of their recruiters wanting me to go in for an interview the next day. The next day i went in...met with him for like 10 mins. He then said he would call me later after he speaks to his manager about my resume. Went home and never got a call. Waited the next day and no call. I then decided to call on monday and the receptionist said he wasnt in. I asked when he would be in and she said tomorrow. So i called the next day and they still said he wasnt in. So i asked the receptionist for his email. Which she totally gave me a wrong email. Once i was able to get the right email. I emailed him and he replied back saying he just got into the office and that he needs to follow up with his manager "AGAIN" and will hear from him soon...and it has been almost a whole week again...no call...this person is definitely not doing his job. I hope there isnt more people like me waiting on this guy just cause he isnt doing his job.

I have worked with Aerotek for about 3 years or so. Since my first interview at the Everett Aerotek office I have been very pleased with the company as well as their staff. Starting off I came to Aerotek with very little experience, I hadnt been employed for at least 3 years; beyond that set back I didnt have the best background. I applied several places for weeks to be rejected for basic entry level positions it wasnt until I contacted Aerotek that I was even given a opportunity. The recruiters in my opinion are amazing, they really do get to know you as a person. Not just your skills or past experience but learn about your home life, goals, and challenges that you deal with. Aerotek is beyond a company to me, because of the experience I had with the Everett Aerotek I have been able to create a stable life for myself and meet several goals in 2 years Aerotek my 2nd Family

PERRY CHANG at the Everett Aerotek is AMAZING! I cant begin to explain to all of you guys how great he was. I was so pleased and impressed with the service and help he gave me! Personally, I never write a review about anything but I feel like he should be recognize for the amazing job he did for me. He definitely went above and beyond what he had to do for me. Honestly, he was the best recruiter I have ever encounter and I wish every recruiter out there is just like him! He always got all the information plus more cover for me without me having to ask a single question! He gives me advice thats extremely helpful that no other recruiter has even mentions it! I mean theres nothing to complain! Im so overly satisfied, I cant help but want him and his company to know. I hope he gets recognize for this! Thank you for everything you did for me! You were awesome!!

After speaking with many Aerotek employees hired through the Everett branch, the main consensus is that they just flat out lie. Its not miscommunication, its misdirection. Everyone I talked to said the same thing, they were promised really great things, and then when the time came to deliver, recruiters would act like it never even happened. I know Im not the only one who turned down other jobs based on what they told me. They make $5 an hour off of your labor by the way. But good luck getting your paycheck. Theres no sense of responsibility to their employees, and without them, they wouldnt even have a staffing agency. Just horrible all around. They dont keep you updated, they give short notice for work and they act extremely unprofessionally towards their employees. They just treat you like dirt. Never working for them again.

They are very poorly coordinated. You cannot get a straight answer out of these people. Part of it is the nature of being the middle man, but you get the feeling that they really just dont care about their employees. There is no communication between you and the recruiters after they sign you up. Its like BAM, on to the next guy, I already got my commission. You get conflicting information from multiple recruiters regarding contracts. It seems like they are just running around like chickens with their heads cut off. There are exceptions, but this branch as a whole seems to run grossly misinformed and unorganized. The receptionist is also rude, incompetent, and freaking clueless. This branch is just a hassle to deal with all around.

10-21-2015 Id have to say the worst place Ive ever been employed by. Was told I could pick up my paycheck, like normal. The day of, after 9 hours trying to contact someone by telephone, was told my check was sent out. 7 days laster, still no check. Main office cant give me a straight answer, every conversation is a different answer. Was assured that work would be lined up after each job. A week and a half later, I still cant get a hold of anyone via: email, voicemessages, messages at front desk, many times everyday. This company doesnt know what is going on, has major issues with communication in person & by phone. If there was a zero option or a minus, I would rate more along those numbers. Beyond Unsatisfied
