Qualified to run a department of 40 and responsible for overseeing an annual budget of 5.6 million dollars yet, not qualified to pick apples off a conveyor belt for these guys. If you ingest THC, such as I do (preventative therapy for migraines over taking level 5, narcotic pain pills) and you do not possess OLCC medicinal card (which is pointless in a legal state, cheap way to collect fees) do not waste your time. Though they receive no federal funding of anykind, they use the federal statute as condition of employment, which is fine. (Though I never understood how a card makes a person who ingests THC a more capable worker than those who ingest THC with no card. Liability issue, I guess). Have a month to kill while the company I work completes construction on the new office digs and thought Id keep busy during the downtime by working some temp gigs. Get off the couch and go sweat for $10 an hour, like old times but sadly, it is not to be for me. The staff, Lindsay in particular, is amazing. Well run office. You get all signed in minutes and there is plenty of work. I personally witnessed the office take a ton of work orders in the 30 minutes I was there. Ill just stay in the corporate world, where I belong but this place will put you to work if you are serious about working. Just stay away from the reefer.

I had a terrible experience with Express. I told them that I wanted a full time job that didnt require a lot of strength, could pay as low as minimum wage, had weekends, and preferably had air conditioning because it was hot at the time. I was sent to a blue berry packing plant for a job. It required a lot of physical strength, the temperature was from fairly cool to just as hot as everywhere else, and the hours were very long. I stopped at 11 but they were pushing for more. Lastly I was the only one there who couldnt speak Spanish, which was lonely. The worst part of my experience was the lying. Express gave me the job I told them I didnt want. Also they didnt tell me there was a weekend shift, which I told them I didnt want, or that the hours varied, which caused a lot of friction with my boss. Lastly when I came for my pay check they lied to me again. They told me it would be at the express office, but when I showed up I was told to go to the packing plant. Overall my experience was hysterically bad. I asked for several simple things for a job, and they delivered on none of them; except the pay, which they messed up.

Unprofessional!! Worst experience ever! They were all rude and condescending! I have never been treated so badly by a group of professionals in my life. They acted put out when I had simple questions, and snapped at me and rolled their eyes when I accidentally put my zip code on the wrong line on one of the pages of paperwork I did. There were 6 people in the office each of the times I went in and I have dealt with 4 of them and was treated disrespectfully by all of them. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you are looking for help. I havent been to the other locations, but if this office is an example of the entire agency I would avoid it if you have a choice.

I must say my experience dealing with the West Tualatin branch of Express Employment Professionals has been excellent. I responded to a job posting and they got back to me immediately. The application process was handled online and when I went in for an interview, it was handled quickly and to the point. I strongly recommend them. I have found their office personnel to be polite, helpful, and they take a real personal interest in how Im doing on the job. Its obvious job satisfaction for their employees is important to them. Unlike a lot of staffing agencies, who collect applicants and make vague promises, these people mean business.

Got me interviewed for a job the minute I finished the application process. Was placed at the job within the next week. It was only $0.30 above the minimum wage and it was a hazardous warehouse job, granted I had zero skills at the time, but it was guaranteed 40 hrs/wk, which was awesome for a first job. Service was friendly and accommodating. My friend didnt fare too well, but she wasnt the easiest to deal with and didnt really want a job. If you put forth the effort, theyd be more than willing to find you something.

I love it here! Im pursuing my graduate degree at Tennessee Tech while working full-time for Express Pros. They have been incredibly helpful in working with my class schedule and have allowed me to become financially secure by providing a job for me. I went in looking to be hired out as a temp, but they actually hired me on for their office and I have grown into the position of Online Media Coordinator.

I had a great experience! I was placed out quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The job I was placed out to was entry level, but once hired on a full benefit package and a pay raise was given to me. I have been at my job for 2 years now, if it was not for them I would probably still be working in the fast food industry for minimum wage! I would recommend my family friends!

The people that work here are awesome and super friendly. I got connected with a wonderful employer very quickly, and I look forward to Fridays when I pick up my check and chat with the employees. Ive never had a bad experience with Express, which says a lot about how professional they are considering the type of people they have to deal with

I recently had the pleasure of working with Express Employment Professionals and the manager of the Tualatin office, Reina Box, in successfully finding a job close to home. Reina and her team were always great to work with. All in all, a wonderful and successful experience. Go meet with them today!

After spending three months looking for a job on my own, I decided I would try using the services that Express had to offer. Within an hour of submitting my application online to the Tualatin Express office, I got a phone call and was set up with an interview later on in the week.

Bryan was a huge help during my job hunt and even after being their employee. They were wonderful to work with and found jobs quickly. The last job they found me, I ended up being with for two years until relocating to a different state. I would recommend to anyone!
