MY WIFE HAS APPLIED FOR A JOB AT A SPECIFIC COMPANY 2 TIMES IN THE LAST 4 MONTHS.SHE EXCEEDS THE REQUIREMENTS AND HAS A RELATIVE WHO HAS BEEN EMPLOYED BY THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. THE OFFICE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND THE SETTING COMFORTABLE. THE RECRUITER SHE WAS ASSIGNED IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION AND NEVER RETURNS TELEPHONE MESSAGES. I REALIZE THEY ARE VERY BUSY, BUT A SIMPLE COURTESY CALL JUST TO LET MY WIFE KNOW HER EXISTANCE HAS BEEN NOTED. WE KNOW THINGS MAY TAKE A LONG TIME AND MAYBE THIS IS JUST PROTOCOL AND NOT A REVENUE PRODUCING ACTIVITY BUT EVEN A RECORDED REPLY WOULD GREATLY ENHANCE MY IMPRESSION OF AEROTEK. MAYBE A COMPANY DOES NOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO HAVE RELATIVES WORKING FOR THEM? ANY INFO WOULD HELP. WE HAVE NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES.SO WE MAY BE JUST EXPECTING TOO MUCH.

waste of time. recruiters keep calling and talk about preparing for interview but never have anything meaningful to say. the managers are extremely rude and most likely using you as filler to fill their quotas.
