I had a contract with these guys, realized I wasnt going to be using it and wanted to cancel. There was going to be a hefty cancellation fee. They talked me into hibernating my account for a few months and it was reactivated again. I still wasnt going. I attempted to cancel over the phone, but that was impossible. By the time I could make it in again they had charged me for another month of "service". I asked if they could help me out and refund me that last month. Of course they couldnt and I was laughed at and told that I was going to have to pay for the rest of this month because "thats in the contract". Wow, way to stick to your policies, guys.

All the amenities/location you would want in a gym without the box gym feel. Nice equipment & classes. Clean & organized facility. Free parking ¢ral location. Friendly & knowledgeable staff/ instructors/trainers. No judgement or meet market feel.

Great place and great staff. Fair rates and well kept equipment. My only gripe is that the carpeting in the cable pulley multistation needs to go due to sanitary reasons.
