Great company...even gave me a ride to my first job..they supply you with the tools you need and if you work hard you can even get hired on permanently with a company.i worked on al capones old yacht through labor ready...cool...also i have a full time job and its graveyard thanks to labor ready...after about 4 jobs in i was able to get hired full time within a different company..also you have the leisure to continue to do labor ready if you already have a job...it helps me have money until my first check...major cool points...

Ive been with labor ready for a few years on and off now. The people who post about not getting work are full of it. If your a good hard worker, they will work you to death if thats what you want. I even ended up getting hired by a company with benefits. The ladys behind the desk go above and beyond most of the time. Im hard to please and I think all the ladys at labor ready are complete sweethearts. They also pay more for the same job than command center!

The people who physically work in the office are pretty grand. The Labor Ready Center over seas (who take calls when a local branch can not answer a phone) are not too terribly grand. Very harsh accents, barely understandable, and prone to hang up on workers regardless whether or not a problem or concern is resolved. (Least in my experience.)

They literally told me to leave because I was sitting at my chair for to long waiting on the lady to find me a job. ITS BEEN THREE DAYS AND YOU GUYS KEEP TELLING ME WE WILL CALL YOU BACK just for you guys to pretend you dont know who I am when I call back an hour later! This place will waste your time

The people in the office are great. I am always promptly greeted and helped when i go in whether its to pick up a ticket or just check in and report availability. My only complaints are with their dispatch system and job descriptions are not always acurate and sometimes you have to wait to get paid

Never answers my texts when I find a job. Then give me attitude because I called about it. And by time that all happens they tell me the job has already been filled. And they dont bother to send texts telling everyone when a job has been filled. Plus, the office hours are horrendous.
