They received my interest, because they had a position i qualified for. Drove 45 minutes one way, had 1 hour worth of paperwork, had 2.5 hour worth of tests, and went home content. Did not hear from them for almost 2 weeks, then I had to do my own follow-up call to the recruiterm Stacy S. She told me that she did talk to the prospective employer and he had some questions. She forgot what those questions were and told me not to lose hope since they did not say no to my resume. WTF? Obviously, he was not interested in my resume if he didnt even want to set up an interivew. I was more disappointed I did not receive a follow-up call on the status of my job prospect. Was Smart Talent ever going to tell me? Thanks for leaving me hanging. AVOID.

They offer jobs online that I applied for. They call you up to come in for an interview saying they have jobs available. Once you do the interview they say they have nothing and that they will give you a call. A week goes by and they called me up offering me a job for 2 weeks which I turned down because I wanted more long term. Then during a 2 month span they continue too call me offering me jobs. I finally return their call just to have them tell me they wont offer me a job for turning down the 10 day job they previously offered me. They are a waste of time. Unorganized as can be. They seek out people with no real intention of helping them find employment. Jaime stout and Rebecca were the people I dealt with.

I started "working" for smart talent 3 months ago and still have only received 1 day of work through them. They call often but usually within 5 minutes they call back saying that they dont need me for that job, or they ask if I can get somewhere by a certain time and dont give me five minutes to figure out transportation arrangements. When they ask me to call back the phone will just continue to ring. Not impressed.

Ive been working through Smart Talent since January of 2017, so far Ive only been able to work jobs sporadically and for one day. I was looking for a permanent position but havent had any luck in the customer Service field. I feel as though the ladies that work here are out for my best interest and make sure I have everything I need to be successful. M

Need to shut down. Dont communicate when sent home, lots of rude clients, NO SHOW UP PAY. Its extremely aggravating to show up to a job site at 12 AM, stay for an hour, and be sent home at 1:30 AM and you get absolutely no pay for it.

Jamie Stout was rude, unproffessional, and never called me back after wasting my time and promising jobs. Never go here. They will lie to you and treat past, current, and future candidates like scum.
