My Husband Michael Serrano LOVES working for tradesman international!!!! He was vested in the union and was beyond faithful to UNION work.... until about a year ago. Something has happened within the infastructure of local union #1144 now #41. No job stability after working over 20 years!!! When the recession hit, most of his retirement fund just dissappeared!! After 20 years he now has approximately $9,000 left!!! The union has gone to hell in a handbasket. Finding Tradesmen was a blessing to our family. As it used to be with the union, he is appreciated once again and treated very well. His rep Tabitha is an angel and DJ is a stand up guy. The only complaint would be that the month I was eligible for medical benefits, they renegotiated their contract and now my husband must put in an additional 6 months of work before our family gets them. I was diagnosed with cancer right at this critical time and now we must rely on crappie OBAMACARE!! He almost left the company because of this issue, but decided to stick with tradesmen because they keep him very busy and they are very good to my husband. We feel it will be worth the wait for the benefits. Thanks Tradesman!!!

I have been working for Tradesmen for 4 years and am very grateful to them. When I could not find work during the recession, I applied at tradesmen and have been working ever since. My wife recently had some medical issues that became very costly and if it wasnt for the benefits provided by tradesmen I would be under a mountian of debt right now. Thank you to all the guys in Fife for always keeping me working.

Unethical! This company cares about it bottom line by whatever alternative facts necessary, not about its people or its company values or mission statement. Worked for them on and off for 13 years then they shafted me by lying to a state agency when I filed an unemployment claim after they could not find me work for three weeks straight.

tradesman rates a -10000 in my book this company SUCKS in each and every way possible. they treat their people like garbage! the boss in fife REALLY sucks! hes as shady as they come! do NOT trust him!
