Logic has been a pleasure to work with! They made me comfortable the moment I walked in their door, and within twenty-four hours had found placement for me. Their staff is superb. All are knowledgeable and friendly and Ive had the pleasure of speaking to several of them on multiple occasions - Savannah, Vallin, and Danielle especially. Danielle, who has been my primary contact, is very thorough and has consistently been prompt in getting back to be when I have had a question or concern. This agency works primarily with warehouses, and seems to have good standing relationships with many locations within the Renton/Kent/Federal Way areas, as well as others. The duties you perform, wages given, time spent, and shifts worked on a particular placement are based on the need of the warehouse assigned, but Logic does its best to try and fill your needs based on any requests you make to them. Duties vary from heavy lifting to clerical, with most jobs being of a more physical nature (its warehouses, after all). Logic pays weekly, with standard pay ranging between ~$10.00 to ~$12.50 per hour, but again is based on what the warehouse is willing to give. Logic tries their best to place you on the shifts you request, however they will notify you if something borderline or possibly more lucrative becomes available. And be certain to remember that hours are never guaranteed. This isnt Logics fault, however - the warehouses have full purview to have you go home when they require so, if your project finishes or comes to a halt for some reason, you may end up going home early, or being between placements for a time. Thats just business. The agency is totally understanding of the fact that this isnt always ideal, and knows that not all, or even most, of those who go through them will find a line that leads to direct hire. Ive continued my own traditional job search, and Logic has been most accommodating in working with me to schedule things around interviews and normal life occurrences (within reason of course). All around, these folks have been incredible, and Id recommend them to anyone whos looking for some extra work, or something interim to keep things running smoothly while you look for something higher up the chain.

Logic Staffing is the first temp agency location Ive applied to and assign me a good pay rate assignment within 2 days. The staff is great and Savannah stayed in contact to make sure the assignment was going well. HOWEVER, one of my checks did not go through my direct deposit on pay day after 5 weeks of consecutive prior direct deposits with Logic Staffing. It was such an inconvenience for me to drive all the way to Sumner if i wanted to pick up a paper check. Only to get to the Sumner office and no one was there. And I live in DES MOINES! Other than that, theyre great!!

Logic staffing is great agency to find work through, Ive been with them since September 2016. After leaving a less then stellar company and applying at several places with no luck, I came across a job listing on the job search app Indeed. Not only was I contacted immediately by a staff member, they were able to find me work right away! I started the day after my interview! Their supposed President Brenda is very closed minded. For an interview she demanded that I become someone else completely within 24 hours. She made the employer seem like their main focus was being family and idea oriented not so much about money. When I left the interview the main person left in a new black Escalade. Seems like money to me. I dont think she really knows her clients. Lastly she started at Business Careers, enough said!

This place is Terrible!!! after working almost two months for the same warehouse, I received a TEXT from Michelle on Sunday evening (after christmas) advising that i was no longer needed. Upon trying to figure out the details I was lied to repeatedly. I would not recommend this staffing agency to anyone with a brain. I wish I could give them 0 stars

I was working retail with little to no thanks for years before I found logic staffing. After I found them, my problems were solved. I have a nice insurance plan with frequent hours and the ladies at logic have been nothing short of wonderful and patient. My appreciation cant be written down in one review. Danielle is the best boss Ive ever had!

Kind of funny they check youre references after letting you go when you would think as apposed to being hired thats the first thing they would do but a week later have to cover themselves by checking them last minute on character references. And the references I had contacted me to let me know they had done so
