If you live on the Eastside and you need help tracking a package that is currently in route to your home or business, call this facility and ask to speak with a CSA (Courier Support Assistant).

Customer care people say that the parcel is in the store collect. When you go to the store to pick up, people say it is locked up and we did not open the parcel. Come back later. Arrogant staff.
