Attempted to send media mail through them today. It costs 2.54 to send through USPS media mail. They wanted 3.63, I asked why it was so much more and they responded "Oh thats because theres a fee". I asked what the fee was for and why didnt they have it advertised. The lady helping me said nothing I asked for my packages and left. I have filed with the BBB and, the Feds. This is unethical! How many people have they ripped off? I shipped yesterday as well and I was not told of any fee attached for shipping through their location. I hope my complaint will help return the thousands of dollars in cash they have taken from consumer unfairly!

Ive been in there numerous times and have always been pleased with the customer service. I understand they are there as a matter of convenience for shipping things and it makes sense they have to charge more for that convenience. But their store is so much more than shipping.

This place is 10 times better than a post office. The owner and staff are always helpful and friendly. Along withh all of your packaging and mailing needs you can also have customised sticker hats shirts etc. Made for great prices
